Compared to engine capacity Ninja 250 wins cz though it's 11 year old machine it's performance was speechless. You might check Ninja 250's top speed in youtube. It has claimed top speed of 195km/ph so if you know what I mean.
Bro please watch the video till the end, what am I saying 👍🏻 and second thing Kawasaki never claimed 195kmph. Stock Ninja 250r can go up to 170 kmph max on GPS, for more you have to make some modifications and 170kmph is enough speed to defeat Apache RR 310. Apache RR 310 can go hardly 163-164kmph on GPS.

Yes TVS Apache RR 310 can defeat a 250 single cylinder motorcycle but not double cylinder motorcycle in a good condition if it was Ninja 250R. In this drag race Apache RR 310 defeated Ninja 250R because it was too old machine and not in a maintained condition otherwise there was no chance against Ninja 250R.
