Honestly, The lowest spec Stallion was the first stick I picked up when I got back into Hockey and I absolutely love it! I can't wait to get my hands on the higher spec twigs they have!
Thank you so much been waiting on this vid for so long STX best hockey & lacrosse company in the world will never use anything else for the rest of my career. Highest quality gear at reasonable prices SO GOOD
Most welcome! Always happy to shed light on great products. STX are easily comparable to the other big names. Solid, light (but not too light) great performance. We're thinking about creating a vs stick video with STX...
Apologies for the question unrelated to the video. I'm in the UK and have just brought some new bauer skates as my kids tried skating a few weeks ago and we have been 2-3 times a week (using hired skates) since and as i work all week i want to spend some time on the ice with them at weekends. as for the questions. 1. as someone who is really only just learning to skate do I have to get the new skates sharpened before using them. 2. My nearest ice rink is Grimsby who don't appear to offer sharpening. Where am I able to get them sharpened in the UK? Decathlon offer the service but not in any of the stores under 3 hours away. Ive always watched and enjoyed the NHL since i was a kid but as a newbie to the ice i'm a bit stuck with how to get things started off.
My 2007 has been using STX sticks now for about 4 years as a defenseman. He started with a Stallion, went to the RX2 and now uses the RX3. Nothing but great things to say about them. Power and finesse. It doesn’t get any better at least for him! ruclips.net/video/toSp3ifbTTo/видео.html
@@HockeyTutorialOfficial ok nice. I really would like to support a finnish hockey company but really dont want to buy anything before i hear a review from someone
Next warrior alpha, covert and dynasty lines
Eetu 97 alpha replaced dynasty
@@marcbissonnette2864 yeah but still it would be great
If we make that video, will you guys watch and share like crazy? Let's see how many like this post gets before we film it.
@@HockeyTutorialOfficial i will watch, like and share that video
Of course
I’ve been using STX for about 4 years. I’ve got nothing but positive things to say.
Do they ship to UK?
How's the durability?
@@tylerboyd6247 I don't break sticks often, but my RX3 broke 3 inches above blade on a snap shot after 8 months. Great stick until then.

Love the RX3. Gonna stick with the surgeon line for a while
Another great review. Thanks for this. It's very helpful!
We really enjoy creating these "Sticks Explained series". Glad you like watching them.
They’re doing a massive Labor Day sale too in the US I believe on the Stallion line. Awesome videos, subbed. Hopefully I’m gonna get to try a Surgeon.
Thanks for the review and to letting me know they exist. How was the feel on them? do they feel solid like to top brands? Cheers

Love my Rx3.1!
I just ordered the hpr 2
I’ve used the stallion and just ordered the surgeon❤️
The one thing all hockey manufacturers have in commin is that they all name their products with stupid words.
There is always a reason for the names. They mean something to the companies or teams creating them even if it does seem that way.

Can you please compare the stx surgeon rx3 to the ccm jetspeed ft2?
Such a great idea! I wish we could blind test them but the shaft of the RX3 is a dead giveaway... Leave this with us ;)
Love the videos, sticks look interesting. How do I get them in the UK? Contacted stx themselves and they don't have European distribution

Did PAMA die or were the sticks not up to the hockey tutorial standards? If it is the second thing, why dont u guys tell us to avoid them?
Not at all! Video is in production. We’ve been extremely busy travelling so it’s product video catch up time.
