My brother died of in '90. He had a brain tumor and to keep the pain down was given morphine. We'd listen to this over and over again and called it his theme song. At his funeral, his wife snuck this in at the very end because she knew we both loved the song. To say I was caught off guard was an understatement! Not only his guitar player played a flawless cover of David's solo, but the bass and keyboard part of the song I have only heard so well covered as with this band, you can get the feeling of the original, and I've seen and heard quite a few renditions of the same song by Pink Floyd.
