Hey First Down I originally didn’t throw with a backstroke and have been practicing to change that but my body can’t seem to get used to it. Do you have any tips or ideas or drills to help me learn to have proper mechanics and a backstroke.
Honestly I would recommend getting a very light dumbbell or light weighted ball and just working the first part of the back stroke. Sometimes adding weight to a movement like that can speed up the muscle memory process
do you have a video that covers all the types of defenses? I sort of understand them but defenitely don't know enough to diagnose a defense pre-snap as a first year qb
I would try to be 180 lbs or below. It’s all about body fat, just need to be at a lower body fat %- the exact number doesn’t matter. You will naturally probably lose weight but that’s what I’d shoot for
That is the plan!. Closest spot this year is Boise ID- here is the info below www.firstdowntraining.com/service-page/boise-idaho-qb-wr-camp?referral=service_list_widget
These QB quizes help with wide recievers as well which is nice
Yessir I’m glad you’re watching it as a WR! One of the best things you can do, i appreciate the support man
More of this. Awesome. Thank you sir.

Great video man
Appreciate you guys- thank you for watching!
Great stuff as always! So when it’s man to man underneath, do we mainly look for matchups we think are best, as opposed to reading a defender?
Yessir that is correct! Some plays require a read I will say but generally I’d say that
Do you have videos like this to assist reading the box and defensive fronts + what will & won't work against?
We have content like that mainly in our website! Here is the info below
