THIS is a wonderful recipe , I will do this one , it lends itself , to many variations .It is simple but effective .Thank you as ever .We do similar things on the Eastern Shore of Maryland USA ( The Chesapeake Bay) such as Potato Fish or crab balls , in Cream sauce or a tomato base .As it is said there are as many recipes as there are Grandmothers .But I am going to do this one , my own way , thank you Ladies , my best to you as always ....Gun cumadh an Tighearna thu ann an lag a lamh...That last is Scots Gaelic ...Take care ...
