Even the A.I. It has havoc to make cartoon animation... but I am sure that here in 2 or 3 years they will improve the quality of those A.I. products. for animation, such as Pika Labs and Runaway.
The 3d animation style seems to have better results: See ruclips.net/video/SFbIHqhGQWc/видео.html for some pretty coherent AI animation. 2d still needs work, but it will be there soon. All this is less than a year old...

Not really. 1928's Mickey is in public domain. Mickey on this video looks a lot like the "cutey" Mickey from 1940s - that's still under copyright.
