The first reaction to the new Epic History TV video on youtube. Honestly, I've already seen it 3 times since yesterday and it has made me feel the same as in every video of the Napoleon series on EHTV. It is Napoleon, after all, and they maintain the same epicness as always. Simply magnificent. Greetings.

This is my third time as well, Epic History TV has to be among the greatest historical channels on this platform.

We should create the Napoleonic Anonymous, so many addicts to Napoleonic content 😄

@@shakya00 Ha! Perhaps that would not be too bad of an idea.

Also worth mentioning how many of the troops that made up the Army of Italy will form the core of Napoleon’s elite Old Guard.

You also see raising stars like Jean Lannes, Andre Masséna and Napoleon's genius chief of staff Berthier in this first campaign of Napoleon in Italy, guys who would go to have further glory in the years to come.
Viewers also see a common tactic Boney will deploy with his later Grande Armée especially with the Corps. His divisions in Italy are always spaced out, but close enough to each other for support when required, living off the land and operating independently for a short time.

“Always more to do with Napoleon!”
The man was a notorious workoholic, and his aides and secretaries often had to stay up late into the nights and even mornings writing and receiving messages for him. Napoleon would work 20 hours a day and sleep for only a few hours for six days, then collapse on the seventh day and sleep for over 12 hours.

39:22 agree. In the art of war, know your enemy and know yourself and in 100 battles you shall never face defeat.

In my opinion, as much as I love EHTV, PMF Productions’ video on the Battle of Lodi is better.
I love that there are multiple RUclips channels covering Napoleon’s military campaigns.

Definitely, I liked it when PMF went into more detail about the battles but also about the locations.

I definitely agree with you. Think PMF production’s video on the Italian campaign is much better.

The Austrians should probably have just burned that bridge after crossing it.

Their partner in making this video, PMF Productions, has a phenomenal 4-part series on Napoleon’s Itiallian Campaign that perhaps you may be interested in checking out. Great reaction as always, cannot wait for future Italian Campaign content from this channel and EHTV.

I would also strongly recommend tuning in to “The Age of Napoleon” podcast in your free time. It is quite difficult to describe how informative, entertaining, and fascinating the narratives are, notably the episodes on the Italian Campaign.
