I encourage one and all to visit Kalady, close to Kochi Airport in Kerala which is the birthplace of Adi Shankaracharya. I have visited a few times, and each time an overwhelmed by the divine atmosphere there. See with your own eyes the hut, the well, the river which our ancestor once lived by.
I am also from mithila madhubani,bihar and iam of my mithilanchali and india its diverse cultures. Madan mishra from saharsa mahisi village that proxy to my district and one more shastratha between gargi and yagviplaya her ashram situated in mithila and madhubani paintings,kings palace,mata sita janambhoomi sitamarhi but our bihar not promoted all this place and now have knowledge about mithila i hope in future we all grow our all indian diverseful culture to people and world what is india actually

No problem with what Mr Modi has said in the video but Aadi Shankara was not against rituals or Karmakanda. Even being a sanyasee Acharya Shankara went against sanyasa rules and performed the last rites of his mother as he had promised for the same when his mother reluctantly allowed him to become a sanyasee. It's a shame our prime minister is so misunderstood among abrahamic faiths, if only people took the time to understand the philosophy of our ancestors , something that everyday Indians who belong to abrahamic faiths can also be proud of. Say what you want at some point of time our ancestors (that's includes current day indians of abrahamic ) understood the immense value of these teachings , we must not shun our past , within is great power and strength.
