Sheprador Pregnancy Journey: Nala Is Now In Stage One Labor

Nala is now in stage one of labor which is when the uterus begins to contract and cause the cervix to dilate. Stage one can last 6 to 12 hours and sometimes more. Signs of stage one are restlessness, panting, pacing, nesting, being more vocal, and may tremble/shiver.

She did such a wonderful job with all her puppies and had been such a great mom. :) Still is a mom because we kept seven of her puppies so she will forever be a mommy :)

awe thank you. She did amazing with her litters. We are so glad she gets to now enjoy her puppies that had stayed and just enjoy being her silly, fun self without worrying about more puppies :) Glad this mama gets to kick back and just enjoy now. We hope you have a great rest of your week :)

She is certainly a strong girl indeed but she absolutely adores being a mommy. Now Layla on the other hand lol has no time for puppies at all haha When Nala had the litter Layla just couldn't wait for them to get bigger to where she could play with them. Nala was yes exhausted after the birth of the ten puppies I could not even imagine just think popping out ten kids lol but she did absolutely fantastic. Even her vet said her pregnancy and birth went exceptionally well. In regards to pain no worries she only experienced typical pregnancy pains nothing serious or any concerns which we were so grateful and happy about. Do you have any fur babies?
