This feels like a 2D side scrolling version of Monster truck madness!
I just realized the the sound that plays when the truck flips is KITT's scanner from the 80's TV show Knight Rider.
the only problem that there is a glitch on version 3. when I reached level 4 of the rookie cup. it dosen't work. it just says loading map data.
Do you have the SWF file of the game laying around? Would love to play again
