My issue with some of these vocal coaches and vocal acrobats is that they just add ornamentations and embellishments for the sake of it. They don't take into account the meaning of the music, they don't into account the meaning of vocal tones, they don't take into account artistry, they don't take into account the beauty of music, they don't take into account musicality. Some people just got it, and if you wanna refine technique, fine, make them a better artist. What I can't stand is a singing robot, who thinks 'I GOT MORE NOTES IN THIS RUN, I AM AWESOME'. That's not music guys.
The vocal assessment piece... you need more time slots. Some of us have day jobs and can't participate ( I understand that your analysists also maybe don't want to do nights). But dang, I would have paid.
