- Are you tired of trying to improvise over Little Wing by playing along with the recording? It's really hard to get comfortable with the song when you have to mentally tune out the guitar part on the track.
I've created a Little Wing backing track that matches the studio recording of this song on the "The Sky Is Crying" album. And I'm giving it away for free to members of the TXBA Email List.

Great Jimi Hendrix song. Especially when Jimi is singing while playing. Both the studio version from Axis Bold as Love, and the Live version from Hendrix in the West are awesome. Imagine Jimi playing that stuff back in the 60's? He was so inventive. Even the lyrics paint a picture.

What are you using for pedals, or fuzz?
I'm using a Fender Twin Kemper Profile from The Amp Factory with a Tube Screamer model pushing a Treble Booster in the effects slots.

No, it's a full length track. I just only recorded myself playing over the first few choruses.
