Garrett Borns' music has totally consumed my life and it's one of the best things to happen to me.
I saw him perform at Lollapalooza in 2015 and for some reason didn't pay much attention. Then last week he opened for The Lumineers and I have been playing his album on repeat, I've watched his TEDx bit from 2011 about 20 times, and I've seen almost every single interview of him ever… he draws you in and I can't deal.

It’s November 2023 and I just discovered Borns music about 2 months ago. My brother died in a motorcycle wreck 7 months ago in April. This song, along with other Borns music, has played a huge role in helping me heal. I love his music and voice!

Goodness gracious. I am a middle aged musician and I can sometimes be hard on new music. My college aged daughter turned me on to some really cool bands...which brings me to Borns. I loved the album but somehow missed this song. How on earth? It literally might be favorite song ever...and this live performance proves that he is far from a studio creation. His voice is so pure and perfect...and this song is brilliant.
