Definitely a lot of potential. I think shrimp farming would be the way to go but I wouldn’t even consider doing it without water aeration. Have you ever looked into Venturi water pumps, most commonly used with aquaponics? Also I would wonder if shrimp would eat azolla?

you cannot own a parcel of land more than 5 hectares on your name. The excess will be taken by DAR. If ever whos interested to buy you need to split the area into two different titles with different name.
Correction. 7 Has. is the number of ha. allowed by DAR law. However, 9 has. may be allowed if the area is declared as residential land and not purely agriculture land.

You understand much wrong. The cost to replace the house today would be about 2-3M not 700k. It's a large 4 bedroom, finished house. The materials alone would cost 1.5M plus. The land itself is income producing, which adds value to the 6-9M the land would cost if it we're just bare land. I don't know where you are getting your numbers and or information, but I live and buy things not far from the town this property is located, so I think I would know🤔
