Dumping products? have we ever heard Chinese people complain that the West is dumping luxury and agricultural product to China where locals producers would face competition, just because the West can't compete doesn't give them the right to complain, this is capitalism 101.
Nordstream perfectly exemplifies this point.
I'M an American and our govt for the last 60 yrs can't even take care of AMERICANS! MASS SHOOTINGS, homelessness, poor healthcare, education, and infrastructure! If our govt can't take care of its own....IT WON'T TAKE CARE OF ITS ALLIES!

@@willdanger6833 US destroyed it so Europe won't be dependent on Russia
No need to put a slant on it. Nothing wrong with Chinese trying to find a living to support the 1.42 billions of people ..
'Flooding Europe with cheap electric cars'. You gotta be kidding right? Recent sales reports from BYD, largest EV maker, sell less than 3% into Europe. They're just sitting at the dock.
Most people do not even know the real reason why UK ban Huawei's 5G.
Look up below.
Former Liberal Democratic Leader Vince Cable speaks during a Best for Britain event in London, Britain, 30 October 2019.
" UK banned Huawei because US told us to: former minister "
Countries don't have friends, they have interests.
indeed😂
You never understand. To have strong trust you needed to have both.
Credit de Gaulle.
That's the euro centric way of thinking: to exploit or to be exploited
But it doesn't come naturally to other parts of the world

The Chinese have built a huge museum in Serbia against NATO commemorating the bombing ( despite it not being about China) and with Chinese architecture.

I’d like to know more.
@@rollovaughan I posted the video here and RUclips deleted it.
@@Cactus_hug in 1999 while working in Edinburgh I went to a talk by a journalist who spent a lot of time in Serbia back in the war. I also have worked with British soldiers that were just 19 or so and served there.
That whole war in Europe is conveniently forgotten about. Buried. Never happened!
There is no such huge museum.
@mrm7058. countries have permanent interest but not friends except for the Chinese who have long memories. The PRC ( People's Republic of China) whatever it may call itself is more Confucianist than Communist and Confucianism values loyalty above everything else .Examples of its behavior can be seem in its relationship with Serbia,Pakistan,Cambodia and Tanzania. All these countries were the earliest to recognise The PRC when nobody would do so and in return China has always stood by them come rain or shine
Long memory mean a good student. Short memory lead usually to imbisile.
U guys should revamp your choice of words or go vack to school. Rather than using cheaper, it should be affordable. Its no longer the cheap product americans used to manufactured in china but of good quality 100% chinese made

I don't know what Xi wanted or talked about in France but in Serbia and Hungary he went to visit friends at their invitation...
It is time for Europe to be independent and not a vassal state of the US

11:03 - 11:07 - #Hungary is a small country and will be under the influence of the #EU & #NATO or #Russia and #China. Trying to play the two sides off against each other is deadly and will sink them. That's just a matter of time. They have to choose, they're too small to be independent.
That's a typical western mindset. Must have a zero sum game. We from Asia prefer to work on a win-win relationship.
Taking sides is the sign of weakness. Be more like ASEAN countries and get the best of both.
@@kenbehrens5778 Denying themselves the reality that they are relatively weak is delusional as many in #ASEAN are finding out.
When I need some entertainment to go into a delusional world that is The Spectator, I just tune in to see how 3 people can totally talk nonsense.
Exactly... they just dancing around the topic....
It’s a big honour indeed for a Chinese emperor to visit you especially for small and poor countries. The gifts they bestow are of such magnitude as to be of a miraculous nature.
nice try, China treats countries like equals regardless of their size.... Always have. One interesting African ex-politician said in the 1990's Chinese would pull out the red carpet for small poor countries. When the same African countries went to the US, the US politician told them to get out of their faces.
The proxy wars in the Middle East that the US has been conducting has resulted in irreparable damage to the EU. Racially and culturally speaking the US and EU are much closer, but there’s no way China wouldn’t be a better ally, especially if they decide to collaborate on tech. It sucks to say that, but that alliance would be the best for Europes future.
As someone who lived in china for many years and know very much about how the Chinese operate, I really hope Europe doesn’t follow your suggestion.
Allying with authoritarian regimes because America has had a bad run on foreign policy 😂 would a terrible idea. You think China annexing tibet or threatening Taiwan, annexing Hong Kong long before the agreed date, putting muslims in camps and washing their hands of russias invasion of Ukraine good foreign policy?
@@Emperorli90 after living in the US all my life and knowing how America’s politicians operate in its foreign policy it’s clear that my suggestion would be better for the average European.
@@lewis123417 you’re literally stuck in 2005 lol Who gives a f*ck if other nations are authoritarian? When you’re a nation that big with that many different people you need to be an “authoritarian regime” to maintain order. Even us in the west aren’t in a libertarian utopia where freedom is of utmost priority.
I’ll take China doing all that over the US funding countless proxy wars, needlessly toppling stable countries and creating MILLIONS of Muslim refugees that are flooding the west. If that wasn’t bad enough the US is the biggest pusher of the progressive agenda that’s currently destroying the west. That’s without taking into account how the US pushes terrible monetary policies or wars for resources.
100%. America is a disaster for Europe and any of its other vassals. I have no idea why with all the knowledge available that people still believe America is our friend and ally. They are destroying their vassals economically and culturally but numb nuts from here can’t see it.
Problem with EU, in one hand cut out cheap energy from Russia and the other hand try to the coupling from it's largest trading partner that's China, to me this would be the economic suicide that they are walking towards.

Why have China strategically bought farmlands around US military bases in USA?
Because the US has military bases all over the place plus all over the world. Just look at the tiny percentage owned by China, compared to those owned by Canada. The real question is - why does the US have so many military bases half way round the world from its own territory, surrounding China.
US bases usually take prime land, and it isn't China's fault that land near the Bases are for sale.
You got all wrong. It's more like why did US make bases near land that China bought.
The level of 'discussion' here is remedial. What does he want in Europe? Certainly not an education. Or a playbook. Or crayons.
Yes, she is right. American are ur friend, the chinese are. Also she had forgot her own root and its history.
She is a Chinese Hongkong born girl, a product of Colonialism, another one called Stephen Tsang, HK new territory farmers son, always invited to demoralised China
seems these 2 ladies living inside europe too long, and talking things which is irrelevantto them.

100%. It’s the fact that the one with the earphones makes a sweeping statement that ‘the public want the EU to move away from trading with China’. The only ‘public that want to move away are those who lack knowledge and the impact.

does cindy wu have instagram?
Please do not pronounce his name as "zi"!!! The pinying spelling of "xi" is pronounced the same as the English "she".
I don't know why people struggle with it so hard. It also made me chuckle when Cindy mispronounced 'Zheng He' -she pronounced it like a Westerner would.
A professional journalist should know how to pronounce correctly the name of country leaders. Ask a Chinese how to say correctly "Xi". It is close to "c" or "see", certainly not "she".
it's pronounced as "shee"
C, not she
Depends where the person you learnt Chinese came from. She or see is acceptable. BTW back in the 1990’s I met plenty of locals in Xiamen speaking with a Mancunian accent coz they learnt from a Stockport window cleaner masquerading as an English teacher
Mercedes Benz and BMW have both announced in the last month an expansion of their manufacturing in China. One third of worldwide sales for those cars are in China, as are one third of their profits. So German companies are not only welcome, but are in China and thriving. What's the problem??

The funny side is European countries are now lagging behind in 5g (UK if you count them comes at the bottom) speeds relative to developing countries who have Huawei... ;-)
Flooding the market with Chinese products not good for their industry shows they are becoming less competitive ,people dont mind it because their country cannot provide cheaper alternative, and the biggest problem is their colonial mindset thats why its said India is a rising power because these Europeans are going to fall over each other not to forget with big daddy US
