Though it is shown as a chaotic situational comedy, the satire that is behind this scene has various layers. First it shows how suddenly Duryodhan, who doesn't want to disrobe Draupadi is suddenly repraminded. Now all of a sudden everyone else wants him to disrobe her. In a way it shows even though its immoral, once a bad guy has a change of heart, for some reason the world still wants them to do the bad thing...Even the good guys expect to see Draupadi disrobed. Then the good guys start turning bad. Arjun- the sharpest is shown as weak. Bheem, the strongest becomes evil. Dharmaraj Yudhisthir the flagbearer of morality, wants the bad guys to carry on. So eventually everyone is fighting over who gets Draupadi and no one wants to protect her, they simply want to use her for their greed. Its a wonderful satire on our society. Assume Draupadi as a metaphor for righteousness, morality, fair judgement. And how everyone is simply trying to exploit it for their malicious reasons.

Even a seemingly 'good action' is seen through a lens of suspicion, as they lack context. People need context. It is far easier to believe that good guys are getting corrupt because of an unknown reason than to expect bad people getting good because of an unknown reason. People in general would want to believe that bad people perpetually remain bad. You'll require a lot of good acts to gain such trust. People should keep the fact in mind that even bad people are human. You never know which small incident will change his perspective. Hence the story of The Shepherd Boy and the Wolf. Since childhood Hindus were taught to laugh on thier own scriptures and we never knew how it changed the perspective when you witness that no other relegion has been ridiculed by thier own worshippers and for that matter of fact no religion or faith should be laughed upon.
