Hello! Snowy Sniffer Maker here! First, i'd like to thank you so much for your showcase, your commentary is very wholesome! :) It's such a pleasure to see you've discovered the Snowy Snifflet! There are features in the mod I left unknown to discover to the player, although the mod page have hints for each of them. Water and Snow in all shape have good interaction with the Snowy Sniffer. Variations of snowy mobs, you say? Well... I never thought about going further than the Sniffer, but... Having large animals covered in snow could be neat. I'll think about that after my future update! Thank you for your good suggestion!
banger of a video, really awesome mods nobody showcased, the tidal towns mod does a little much, those water villages do generate very frequently, I had to destroy one few days ago and used its villagers for a farm right there, they couldn't escape the slavery even in the oceans XD
If files are downloaded as zip files, you have to convert it to a jar file. I had to do it for a while, and there are plenty of free websites that do this quick and easy.
My only issue with Wake is: water in Minecraft - at least naturally occurring large bodies of it, if you use a good mod - actually does not look super pixelated, so the pixels on it in that position just look really out of place and jarring to me. If Minecraft water had the same aesthetic as the rest of Minecraft (or maybe it looks fine without a mod lol) then I'd probably like it a lot more.

I use complimentary reimangend shaders. I don't get any lag with them and have been using them for a long time
