So, how exactly do the things that are supposed to help response actually help response? For most of these design changes I'm not really sure if said change actually does anything.
I haven't had a chance to try the gold brass bell version of the horn, either the previous version YBL-613H or the newer one YBL-830G (which is available by special order), but for me the yellow brass bell sounds dark enough. And it also holds the timbre well, while gold brass bell is dark, sometimes to the point of too dark, at lower dynamics but brightens significantly at higher dynamics. There are also some people who have tried the gold brass bell version and say that the yellow brass one has more "life" in it. That said, I like the look of gold brass bell more.

Wonderful! Thank you so much!
None of the features that are "to improve response" actually affect response.
They all make sense
@@okyouknowwhat but they dont change, because 830s are still ass water
i have a yamaha 830 bass and the only complaint i have is that the valves consistantly need to be cleaned to maintain easy use
I feel like a novice but what is a "Tenor Bass Trombone?"
It's another name for large bore tenor trombone
+Pizza Time ahh! Thank you!
+David Bowman No problem!
A tenor trombone with an F attachment.
A cuanto esta ese trombón
Como 5,000-6,000
I still prefer Bach
Fail gold brass is better than yellow brass
I actually now have the ybl 830
It has great valves but I don't love the yellow brass. But it sounds great overall
it's all personal preference, personally I think that brass bells make me sound terrible so I prefer sterling silver
