Probably because if they try making something like this, the player would be in trouble, and the Dev would be screamed at for making something like this. Playability is in mind. Fanmade is great to showcase what's possible, but they can never push to the limit thanks to playability in mind. Gimmick are also need to be taken a secret for future bosses.
