The official charting tool has it's limits unlike the fanmade editor. Which means the official charters can do what they can as they said the editor just needs a upgrade while still supporting the same format.
@@tantinetheepic5188 15.9 to 16 because its amazingly simple to read and execute somehow even with all the effects that manage to keep it readable instead of making it hard to read, i think
