    gross income limit is 4700 in 2023 , my 1099 income is above 4700, but adjusted gross income is below 4700 after deduction. Do I met gross income test?

    Helpful video, but in point no.9 nephew is qualifying relative test and not age test because nephew is older than taxpayer, qualifying child must be younger to taxpayer. Let’s say nephew is younger and age 22 full time student then he will met the requirements for qualifying child.

      For relatives like nephews or nieces, once they reach the age of 19, they are no longer eligible to be claimed as "qualified children" for tax purposes, regardless of their student status.

      Can you provide the exact section of irs which says that 19-24 Full time student rule applies for child only and not nephew and niece..? Pls..
