Wonderful healthy recipe that doesn't taste healthy. I make a Prairie Flax seed bread with all sort of seeds and every similar ingredients except for the apple cider vinegar so I am intrigued by this addition :) Also, spreading the larger seeds around the pan before baking is a brilliant idea. I can further add to anyone making this that the honey is one of the most important ingredients. It really flavours the bread without making it sweet. It's also a great sandwich bread. I like it with chicken salad. For non bread makers and people wanting a healthier lifestyle this is one of the most enjoyable carbs you can have. As noted, waiting the 3 hours will only enhance the flavour of the bread -- this is must make! Thanks for sharing this recipe with us.

I made this loaf with 2 1/4 c whole wheat flour and 1 c all purpose flour. I really enjoyed the taste and it was super easy to make.
