I feel like living in the moment is not something you try to do. It's more if a flow state. Personally I think any activity that requires focus can be a flow state and that is the purest form of living in the moment. I don't think that thinking about the past or future is a bad thing either. I'd say just don't get too caught up in thinking about it. I wouldn't recommend trying to "trick yourself into being in situations where I have to be in the moment". I feel like thats just over thinking the whole process which doesn't require thinking because it's just a flow state. It's kind of like dancing. If I think about dancing it feels hard to force myself but if a song comes on and I like it I will dance without thinking about it. If all that makes sense. Sometimes I get anxiety which I guess can technically can get in the way of "living in the now" so I feel where you are coming from in that sense. :)
Mt. Hood is wealthy when it comes to the people who appreciate it. I too share in that abundance. Thanks for this film: a reminder of how fortunate we are painted in true colors. Everywhere we go we are surrounded by wealth and value. I am reminded once more Mr. Fox...
40 years ago I was considered to be counterculture when I pursued my dreams of being a professional skier. Nowadays I would be the guy following in the van behind you.

For some reason, this film feels way longer than 25 minutes. Definitely captures the essence of surfing and snowboarding. Killer soundtrack as well!🙌
