@@verenamenzel4701 Oh how I would love to read the original scripts - they have notes to the actors on how they're supposed to be feeling - a Skater bought an original "I Do" script at auction and put pictures online of the notes (it says when Sawyer asks her if she just said 'ily' to keep him from getting hit, she kisses him, the notes say: "in truth Kate is feeling EVERYTHING for Sawyer" .. so much for 'just sex' .. and we knew it anyway, because we actually WATCHED the show! .. but it's always nice to have more validation, especially after Darlton's crap ending. Search google "kate is feeling everything for sawyer couples outlaws" you'll find lots of Skate stuff there. Also check out on youtube "Confidence Man Script". It shows the kiss scene with comments from the original script. Also, "The End" has validation for Jaters that Jate WERE in love off-island (but that doesn't mean she forgot Sawyer) and when Suliet flash together, the script says they start to flash but stop, it's only when she takes his hand that they full-on remember. Skate never touched hands. But they were starting to remember each other when she was behind the bars. If they'd touched, they probably would have remembered with each other. IMO, there were a lot of people they all could have remembered with. Jack started to remember with Locke, then Kate, but it was his DAD who really triggered the memories for him.

I wrote in an other comment, that I cannot understand, that many anti- skater always refer to the 3 sex scenes, that it was only a sexual attraction between them. Now - that is definetly wrong, during 6 years / 6 seasons =3 ridiculous scenes are nothing, they had uncounted scenes without sex. I would figure out , who remembered with whom, but I know already, there is no logical result.

Jate & Suliet were the "obvious" endgames, along with Sayid&Shannon, they couldn't have MADE them more obvious, LOL, with all the hysterical overacting and schmaltzy flashbacks, BUT there was ANOTHER ending, the REAL ending, where Jack died and the plane flew off the island. And just as Kate stopped her companions from following the "decoy trail" when it came to Sawyer, Darlton also had a "decoy trail" (they were too polite to call it a "dummy trail", lol). If you actually pay attention, it is very clear that Skate won. Out of all the couples, they were the only ones to get off the island. They were the only ones to have a "love theme" written for them. And the subtext was in every single scene. Take Season 5, where Jack is beaten and bloodied by young Widmore. Kate just stands there and looks "concerned". Contrast that to her reaction in Season 3 when Sawyer was beaten and bloodied by Danny. She screamed and cried and tried to protect him! I also noticed when Locke came to visit her, the whole time we think she's talking about Locke, but in subtext she's talking about Sawyer. "You were so obsessed with staying on that island because you didn't love anybody". (she thinks Sawyer didn't love her because of what Cassidy said). "you're wrong, I did love somebody" says John. Kate is very interested then! "Tell me what happened!" (she wants to know what went wrong between her and Sawyer!) This fits, because John says "don't you care about 'them'?" and you KNOW he's talking about Sawyer because he ships SKATE! He also told Sawyer "don't you want 'them' to come back? Don't you want HER to come back?" Subtext, people!

That person with many names I told you about. How did she find you on an 11-year-old Skate video that nobody has commented on for 11 years?! I tell you, she's absolutely insane! I would NEVER go into a JATE video and tell everybody "Kate ended up with Sawyer". That is beyond rude and it is totally the way "she" operates, so I always know it's "her". The same person I've been dealing with for years.
jack is patronising as hell to kate. she has proven time and time again that she can handle herself. it made perfect sense to me when i learned control freak jack was a capricorn
Jack and his scary eyes, full psychotic. It was his fault, that the excursion failed, he had no minute taken to think over that action. It was not well planned. That they captured Kate was another consequence of that fast decision. Locke said it right, It's Michael's business, he had not asked for help.
