I didn't know this album before! Just have read something more and this album is music collected to be used by media (television etc.). And so, this reminds me a lot of Eno's works like Music for Films or other similar works. Anyway, thank you very much for the upload!
Holy shit, I have missed this completely. Not too found of Bass Communion's stuff, a tad too uneventful for me, but this...sheer heavenly bliss. This guy is almost Vangelis-y here..
Steve Wilson was certainly influenced by Kraut Rock the segment around 12 minutes is quite a bit like Guru Guru "Der Elektroklurch" or "Dronsz" by Novalis
