(2 very famous female singers in Korea committed suicide last year due to the stress from their evil haters, I'm sure they got influenced by that with the lyric) "Ehem" is throat clearing sound we use for "OLD" people in Korea. we don't use it for young people. from 4:50, Suga is immitating what some old and high people around them are saying to them about the stress they get, they say like it's nothing.........
