Imagine a crew carrying your casket in, The theme plays while they slowly walk between the seats of the guests. Whole dark black n' white-ish theme of batman for the event and the camera cuts to some of the gusts crying and some friends trying to hold back tears. And again when they finally lower you into the grave, as flowers start to be thrown down on you, drone shot slowly goes up with your casket in the middle as the song fades and so has the time you had in this world. Yes I wrote this while procrastinating at 2am.
THE ONE TRUE THEME FOR THE BATMAN!!!! Robert Pattinson narrating over this was fucking masterful. Glad to see people are rediscovering and discovering Nirvana again. Good time to be a fan of Nirvana and Batman 👍🏻👍🏻

Fun fact: when the band was in the process of recording this song, a little after they ran into a friend of Kurt, Kirk canning, who played the cello. This is where the whole idea of there being a cello in this song came from. They actually scrapped the take but tbh I think it would’ve been a good include Kurt also played this on a really old acoustic that he had lying around that only had 5 strings and was MASSIVELY out of tune, hence the drop D and a whole step (as Marty Music said). It’s also the same guitar he recorded Polly with.
