July 2024 Construction Update | Motorsports Gateway Howell

Substantial progress on the South Circuit, with over 50% of the sub-base material installed and preparations for the asphalt base course set to begin in early August. Building 7 is also advancing well, with masonry and blocking completed, and interior work scheduled to start soon, while our stormwater management infrastructure continues to improve with various installations and soil stabilization efforts.
