Poszukałem trochę głębiej w folderach i okazało się, że również mam ten katalog advanced materials a co za tym idzie widoczne na filmie tekstury.
Dla zainteresowanych:
Odpalamy Catia >file>open>folder z Catią>win_b64>startup>materials>advanced_materials . Ten plik otwieramy i mamy dostęp do wszystkich materiałów.

I'm not sure but I do not think there is carbon fiber in the material library, you have to create yourself.

c:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\Bxx\win_b64\startup\materials\
or where you have installed catia
