When Tortorella first signed I remember much uproar. I don't know much about particular coaches by any means, but after watching a few of these interviews with him, I am really looking forward to seeing how the Flyers develop! Tortorella seems like he knows what he wants, and how he wants it. I can see that working for a lot of players, though also maybe rubbing some the wrong way. Should be an interesting season!
I hope he does well there. I played for his brother. He has a ton of knowledge. As long as the media are not pricks during the year…he can provide a ton of great insight. Good luck Flyers!
One thing about Torts , if you don't listen or don't put in the effort you don't play and you won't be around long. Let's hope once the system gets in place that they buy in it 100%.

I truly feel bad for Torts. He has inherited a dead franchise. He can’t overcome the incompetence of the entire hockey ops and three GMs who have gotten progressively worse. He will lose this battle and the flyers won’t improve a damn bit anytime on the near future. Be mindful of attendance now and what it could be in 2-3 when they are still horrendous
I just wanna say. Why hell is Wade Allison on a 4th line? U are wasting his offensive talent and it's not crazy esp when he showed n 21 season playing top 6 he sure has an affect on linemates
What I've learned from camp so far is that Torts gets what it means to be a Flyer, and in my mind, he is a Flyer. Welcome to Philly

5:40 I'm the Head Coach of an NHL Team and I don't watch the goalies...said no respectable coach ever.
This is horrible to listen to. I wish this team the worst. Rock bottom is coming. Enjoy it.
