Loved this Shervin! As someone who travels a lot and keeps working out I'd suggest Tejas looks into resistance band training. I pack them into the bottom of my bag and can get a full body workout done in about 15 minutes 💪🏽 I do it every morning
Tejas did well. I have the same skinny fat default body type and could identify with so much of what he said about never having been able to put on muscle, not having arms that fill out sleeves and so on. Am also trying to add muscle and lose fat now.
Bro I highly recommend checking out “true classic tees” they have a more snug feel around the sleeves and chest area while still being relaxed in the stomach area. They’re really nice shirts I personally haven’t gone back to other tees since buying them and they make my arms and chest look great without being one of those excessively tight/undersized shirts some guys wear 😂

I would like to point out that your bench increase by percent was way higher than his… He had roughly a 13% increase and yours was nearly 22%. Pound for pound isn’t the most accurate way to measure gains here, at least in my opinion.
