Great Vlog Paul, West Bridgford is my second home as my best mate lives there. Good job i couldn’t make the ride after all seeing as I tested positive for Covid two days later. Well done all x

I would love to ride some of the routes that you, Roy, Katie, Leonard, etc. share, but for now I’ll just have to settle with enjoying the view via my iPad.

@@PaulGreenVlog yes it was nice to meet Roy a couple of weeks ago, at the Saturday market, hopefully got a catering manager starting at Nottingham Mail centre, so hopefully not working many more Saturday, tried Grantham canal a few weeks ago, bad mistake on 700 28 tyres, might have another go, on my tempest, got 700 40 tyres can go up to 46 tyre's
the local cycling group i used to cycle with does exactly the same kinda rides, 30/40/50 milers coffee stop race the last 10 miles home.(my acing back stopped me going out with group so its solo for this old bird.seriously hope you don't mind me making this comment but at 5.29min the good looking girl you were chatting to needs a new bike, she's sitting way to far back over the rear hub instead of over BB.(i mean that in a nice way)
