How about a closer up of the engine. That silver "thing" looks like the top half of a silver painted C-15 block plopped on an E9. Or it looks like an aircraft piston engine. Anyhoo...love the V-8 sound. Can you do a walk around vidya? (like #5)
that silver "thing" is essentially the intake manifold, The turbo is plumbed into it at the top then I do believe in the middle of it there is an aftercooler (don't quote me on that as I could be mistaken) then 4 pipes out the bottom that go down to each of the 4 cylinder heads (you can only see 2 in the video just behind the turbo but there are 2 more on the other side)
kingo fassholes...... you might not like the smell.... but, it will NOT kill you, like gasoline fueled engines will with carbon monoxide..... if you're ever contemplating closing your garage door with the engine running. Diesel exhaust Can, make you nauseous, but that's about it.
@@Romans--bo7br I never liked being nauseous, and I hate what comes with it. Being someone with a Milk allergy... I've done a lot of the latter. Restaurants who use Milk products in their Food, have caused a lot. I have to read the Ingredients on Jar Foods closely. Some processed meat products have it too. Most times there's only a minute or two between feeling nauseous and putting my face in a place designed for the opposite end.
I hope this is sarcasm.... you do realize this is a pulling truck and that is likely as nice as its ever gonna be treated.... Every time it gets used its gonna rev out like that get the clutch dumped and run like a bat out of hell...
Why can’t I have neighbors like this?
Now thats a bad dog right there, that thing is awrsome!
What the hell was that? Dang man! Loved it!
A pissed off DOG
A Mack!! Strong trucks
I've never seen a runaway Bulldog before!
Sounds great!
🖤🖤🌚 my grandma worked for mack truck back in the old days, she'd be proud to see that beast rolling coal.
Looks like your DPF is plugged up and I'm thinking EGR valve is malfunctioning?
LMAO!!!
I thought you were gonna do a sled pull with the roller right there in the yard! How many rpm is that beast turning and hp and torque?
I cranked one over and got shocked off the 50kv magneto on one of them mack E9 v8's. boy did that suck!

Is that a late model granite with a monstrous E9?
1987 Superliner
Why in Gods green earth, would you just rev a engine for no good reason ! It takes to much to keep them together.

That is a fresh engine and first test run.
