So I’ve been asking, do you think ASMR can cure depression? Asking for a friend. I definitely know it relieves me of stress after a long day.
I personally don't think it can cure it but I certainly think it helps with stress and anxiety as I suffer bad with anxiety and depression and it helps me xx

No but it can make you calm down, i suffer from PTSD and manic depression and this helps me alot to unwind before bed 💖😴💤
