hi so i have a issue when i load into game the shaders take so long to load usually 30 seconds to a few minutes and after that it all loads in and it runs perfectly fine, never happened before i reset my pc and updated drivers, i have a 3060ti and ryzen 7 3700x with 32 gb of ram

So I put shader quality on low and spot cache on ultra and it’s gone up to 12% from 2% but it’s really slow why?
Ufff, it was stock on 16% then I did what you explain on "3D Configuration" and it get up fast to 100%. Thanks

I have a 2060 and that option doesnt come up. But i noticed the items are bright and pixalated is there any way to fix that?
The Last of Us took exactly 30 minutes to load the shaders. I just reinstalled Windows, so have to start over there. Wonder if you have an idea on how to speed that up? Thanks.

i hope this works! nothing else has been working for me and im about to uninstall MW2. love the game but literally every single time it updates it is unusable sometimes only fixed by waiting until the next update. poor graphic quality and it is obvious I am uncompetitive.

Hi All. I would appreciate your help in getting this shader installation issue resolved for me. I am playing Modern Warfare 2019 on Steam. I had played it for around 4 to 5 hours before updating Nvidia GeForce driver to v537.42 (released on 09/21/2023). I started experiencing this shader optimization getting stuck after updating from v537.34 to v537.42.
Shader optimization on GeForce driver v537.42 is stuck at 7 % for Campaign mode. I have barely played the game for 4 hours and have already spent two days trying to fix it. Even went back to v537.34 where it was working the last time around. No luck! This game is shambles. Interestingly, I was able to update the shader for Multiplayer mode but not for Campaign.
I have tried:
a. Restarting the shader optimization from the options.
b. Verifying integrity of game files via steam.
c. Uninstalling and re-installing the game again.
d. Restarting the shader optimization from the options after re-installing the game
e. Deleting the three config files in the Documents> Call of Duty Modern Warfare> players
f. Updating the driver back to v537.42.
g. On 09/25/2023, I tried to raise a support ticket with Activision. After providing the game, platform and mode (campaign) information, Activision does not provide any choice about the issue (other than forcing us to choose "My game crashes or freezes"). That's convenient! I also tried to report a bug since my problem was not in the list of known issues as on 09/21. However, they don't even let you report one. I get a message that survey has been closed.

@@PabloLonardi-wt4qq please scroll through other comments. There is a solution in there. Basically, set the quality to low then save them and the shaders will install completely. Then turn back the settings to whatever you use based on your hardware capability and you should be able to play the game. If I am not mistaken, setting the first graphic setting to low and saving it should do the trick.
Ok, so it indeed did improve it and fixed the installing issue, but then my campaign takes like 7 minutes to load because that's where the shaders decide to take their time to time to load AGAIN. Any way to fix it?
U can try to start the game with paramaters, e.g -d3d11 to force directX11 to reinstall the shaders for directX11 and then remove the start-argument and sync it once more for DX12.

@@derickmendez753 set spot cache to ultra then reset the shader optimalization, restart the game.
if you ever get a chance just go into the dmz lobby it should load up the shaders

@@viniciuszucchi I Fix problem was in my Headphone Logitech x pro the sound card in the cable caused an error
Uninstall the game then install it again
I reinstalled the game again I deleted all the folders before and still the shaders load up to 99%
same I've literally done everything and the game is still unplayable

Every time there’s a new update I usually restart shaders close the game wait a few seconds and jump to DMZ and just wait for it to hit 100% usually works

Same even after a clean reinstall. Every update I lose 10-15 frames, running a 5800 ryzen 3080ti I get 200 frames on every other game. Cod I run 100-120, crazy for a 3-4k $ computer.
Its at 98% 15 min bow 😂 but for me in nvidia settings its 100gb

@@francisplourde2277 don’t know if you found one yet, but for me, I had to restart the game, and go to my nvidia settings and change my performance to unlimited instead of default.
