My head is now exploding with great ideas! I just put together 4 voices and was playing with sequencing and was starting to wonder, "what next?" This is such a great wource of ideas! Thank you for another amazing and inspiring video!!!
Cool Vid ! - Thx for the great patch ideas. I built a Craig Lee 8 voice quantizer a decade below and I'm looking fwd to putting it to use with these patches.
Hey, thanks! I hope all these videos bring people to enjoy some modular music making. For sure explore VCV rack for larger patches and ideas like this if you are new(er/ish) to modular :)
I literally just put a quantizer in my case yesterday! I picked up the qtone from DNIpro. I’m sending it voltage from a voltage adder with a Turing machine, 4 step sequencer and voltage from a the varigate 4+. Freakin melodic heaven 🎛️🤘😊
Thanks as always for the great content, really appreciate it! Not sure where to ask this, but do you have any future plans on doing a series on the Tiptop/Buchla 200 series?
Hey, thanks! It was very high on my list, but since the start of this year mostly focus on more general ideas and tips. Might still try to get in touch with Tiptop one day to see if they would be interested in setting up a system, I would enjoy exploring it. In any case I am happy they are making the series. Beautiful modules!
Thank you! It moved from the other non-modular-off-camera side of the studio :) I am working on a live setup with the Oxi one + Hydra + single modular case above the hydra. Will talk about that a lot more, and finally recording music again! But have to admit I didn't use the CV in out that much yet!
one of the best modular professors
Thank you! :)
@@MonotrailTechTalk No no man! I am the one who needs to thank you. Have been learning a lot from you for years. Thank you for your service!
Great vid man, cheers. Time to dust off the o_C for the 4 quantisers. I really shouldn't have watched this before bed, I'm now buzzing with ideas! :)
Thanks! And indeed, always forget the O_C, but should be possible for sure!
this man is really great, enjoying all of your videos and learning so much from them I need to thank you🙏🙏
Nice to hear that! I'm super happy Im able to do this full time thanks to Patrons, I enjoy adding to the community!

Yes! Officially it's a loan, but can see it become impossible to let go again :)

nice to have hardware, but impossible to recreate settings... no ? At least with VCV you can save the patches
And just slightly more affordable LOL
Modular is quite a hassle for sure :) But always like to focus on ideas, you can set this up with VCV, or probably some midi plugins as well!
Great inspiration as always…is the Hydrasynth desktop newer to your setup? Would love to see how you integrate that with your modular

will there be a video about the addac matrix mixer?
I plan to use it for a video on stereo audio feedback mixing. Maybe with a bit of stereo CV mixing as well :)
TLDR: ACL Sinfonion
Beside omri Cohen the best teacher. I das the oxi. Make a tech talk oxi one Video. 🙏
Thank you! And yes, got an oxi in the studio for a bit :)
