    Wrong. The O/P of Rectifier is actually the O/P of Filter. You need successive filters to obtain pure DC. Here the O/P of rectifier will be pulsating MODULUS of AC. Means all +ve cycle will remain +ve as well as all -ve will also get converted to +ve.
    Better Correct it soon
