I love how encouraging those two instructors are. It didn’t matter if Ryan or Shane felt like they were doing bad, or if they were embarrassed. Those two men are true examples of great leaders and teachers!
Real talk, this made me SO happy. The instructors were so upbeat and didn't make them feel bad no matter what, and I have never seen this kind of insight into DJing, so I loved it!
I love how positive they are about everything Shane and Ryan are doing, as someone with a big fear of thinking I do everything wrong this is a really comforting thing to see
Now that I've had a chance to actually watch the episode: I just absolutely love what this show does in highlighting things I wouldn't be interested in learning about. And the people they get to talk about the subjects are so enthusiastic and great.
Music teachers are so mean usually, it's so cool to see two men so calmly and enthusiastically teach. Seems like a very fun time. Also Shane never fails to blow my mind with how talented he is.
The instructors were so nice, supportive, and knowledgable! I love Shane and Ryan's dynamic but one of my favorite parts of this series is all the nice people they meet and connect with across hobbies, vibes, and subcultures!
when i saw this episode pop up in my feed i thought meh, that doesn't really appeal to me - but just a great example that the vibes are what really make this show great. made me enjoy watching subject matter outside my norm. love these guys
this was literally so joyful ! I loved Babu and Choc, they literally seemed like the nicest guys I hope everything goes well for them and their school! It makes perfect sense why their school is a safe space for so many people, and they talk so respectfully about their students, its a wonderful thing !!!
wow what a terrible day i have been having and to see this upload is really awesome. this has happened twice now hahaha, i really appreciate you guys. like i have said before and i will say again, watchers like me love you!
the instructors are EVERYTHING! They would make me feel so comfortable and encouraged! Thank you so much for this episode, it was a lot of fun to watch you guys battle it out and learn about a local business out there-definitely going to check them out, already a big fan of what they do
Shane was killin it! Definitely light years ahead of Ryan in the scratch competition. Be one with the music Ryan & vibe like shane.😂 #BeLikeWaterMyFriend😌
If you want to hear some wicked scratching watch straight outta Compton, the scene with dre scratching TIME is absolutely awesome, damn I miss my turn tables I've still got a ton of vinyl.
So brilliant. This episode was so kick ass. This is not a subject I’m well versed on and it was so interesting to hear a bit of history on it and see that there is a legitimate art form and method or process behind it and then to see you both take that on in your own way and create something and actually really enjoy it, it was brillz. Don’t know what else to say. I have a new appreciation for this type of music and will be doing a little history study on it of my own! Thanks fellahs!
I love how encouraging those two instructors are. It didn’t matter if Ryan or Shane felt like they were doing bad, or if they were embarrassed. Those two men are true examples of great leaders and teachers!
I shouldn't have been surprised bc Shane churns out bangers on the regular as the estranged producer of Puppet History but he legit devoured
Shout out to Ryan’s glasses for staying on his face, real MVP right there.
i wonder if the professor gave him some tips
it’s not a competition but it’s also crazy how hard shane bodies ryan in the record scratch portion. tall man the GOAT
He has an advantage with those long ass fingers.
I had a FEELING he was gonna eat that up
Did Ryan slip a little homage to Parapa the rapper in that competition?
I think you mean tall Goatman
@@ssaraah2908 The LongtaGoatMan
Shane is so musically talented for a person focused on film/TV it’s almost unreal
I love his puppet history songs!!
Real talk, this made me SO happy. The instructors were so upbeat and didn't make them feel bad no matter what, and I have never seen this kind of insight into DJing, so I loved it!
rough day for the POC community when a Polish guy from Illinois has more rhythm /j
loved this x
Shane’s “no! you did great!” was so cute when Ryan wasn’t feeling confident
For anyone who knows, getting a lesson directly from Babu is crazy. Guy is a legend.
I love how positive they are about everything Shane and Ryan are doing, as someone with a big fear of thinking I do everything wrong this is a really comforting thing to see
Choc and Babu were great teachers!
Now that I've had a chance to actually watch the episode: I just absolutely love what this show does in highlighting things I wouldn't be interested in learning about. And the people they get to talk about the subjects are so enthusiastic and great.
damn the professor is rubbing off on this shane guy he’s pretty good at that whole music thing
👏😂 That got me
This show is so cute, please may it continue on forever
I’m obsessed with this school!! I love the watcher boys bringing exposure to these great programs
Music teachers are so mean usually, it's so cool to see two men so calmly and enthusiastically teach. Seems like a very fun time. Also Shane never fails to blow my mind with how talented he is.

A missed opportunity to have your DJ name be Nighttime Dan 🥲🥲🥲
There can only be one Nighttime Dan
NIGHTTIME DAN🤣🤣🤣
love that you highlight small talented groups of people and encourage people to learn new skills, i love this show!!
DJ SHANIAC IN THE BUILDING!
such a good thing for kids who don't like sports, you know? Around where I live, if it's not sports, there's almost no other options
13:20 this bit absolutely killed me😭 thats not a baby scratch anymore thats the mother scratch
“It’s not a bad idea”
“I think it’s a bad idea”
😭😭
The instructors were so nice, supportive, and knowledgable! I love Shane and Ryan's dynamic but one of my favorite parts of this series is all the nice people they meet and connect with across hobbies, vibes, and subcultures!
Ryan is super experimental in his scratches and Shane is sort of sticks to the beats. So nice to observe!
when i saw this episode pop up in my feed i thought meh, that doesn't really appeal to me - but just a great example that the vibes are what really make this show great. made me enjoy watching subject matter outside my norm. love these guys
Shane MaDJ!
I've always been convinced that Shane is a musical savant
Now they're prepped to join DJ Nighttime Dan at the afterlife rave happening right now (and in the future) (and since the dawn of time).
DJ Skeptic was RIGHT THERE lol
Ryan never beating the lil meow meow allegations
Hearing them describe the DJ roundtable as battling banjos makes it sound ridiculously fun but also sooooo chaotic 😭😭
This is a show that would be on PBS. I would watch it though.
It's a fun show and this was a fun episode!
produced by the california board of tourism lol
this was literally so joyful ! I loved Babu and Choc, they literally seemed like the nicest guys I hope everything goes well for them and their school! It makes perfect sense why their school is a safe space for so many people, and they talk so respectfully about their students, its a wonderful thing !!!
Shane grabbing a double barrel shaboing boing from outside the home depot is hilarious to me 😂😂😂
❤❤❤Shane is a FLIPPIN’ NATURAL, BABY!!! ❤❤❤
I think this might genuinely be my fav episode of Weird! The instructors were fantastic, all the questions were thoughtful, and I learned so much! ⭐️
Ryan's NPC walk in the beginning will never not be funny

The focus on the Shanemeister was on pointtt

Unus Annus vibes! Memento Mori.
Boy did i not expect Shane to eat the way he did
Loved Ryan genuinely hyping up Shane throughout. Real friendship. Also hope Shane does keep it going, I was vibing with it!

Shane did a good job!
Real ones remember when Ryan was an EDM DJ
Even though I have signed up for watcher TV and seen this earlier than released on RUclips I still feel an obligation to like this here as well lol
Cat ladies never have been prouder ❤
huge fan of the audio and visual effects this episode btw!
This is by far THE coolest thing I've seen in a while
always been curious abt dj schools ever since my friend brought up attending one... now im tempted to sign up
this gives me before paywall vibes thank you 🖤
This is where DJ nighttime Dan learned his skills. 😂
How am I just learning that Ryan was a DJ
I love the kitty cat chat in the middle of DJ school, so pure.
If you want to hear some wicked scratching watch straight outta Compton, the scene with dre scratching TIME is absolutely awesome, damn I miss my turn tables I've still got a ton of vinyl.
This gave me a whole new understanding and respect for DJing 🤯
So brilliant. This episode was so kick ass. I love this show so much, brings so much joy to my heart 🫶
I love this show so much. The joy and whimsy of it is so nostalgic and reminiscent of a lost era of broadcasting. Thanks boys!
When Ryan and Shane said they were destined to duel, this is what they meant
Please never stop making this show!!
Ryan was on fire with the quips in this one (and with the scratching) lol. What a fun episode!
oh my god I'm so excited to watch this
ryan got ABSTRACT with it it's so nice to see them having fun
Really like your guys shows WWW, Puppet history, etc.
Interesting and fun I find these shows on Watcher. Thank you.
I think Shane has found his thing!!! I'm impressed with how well he did!!
I always get a wholesome happy feeling when watching this series. It’s sort of Mr rogers-esque. ❤❤❤
This really got me interested in learning more about this!! ❤
Shane ABSOLUTELY killed it!
Shane killing the beats and the kitty kat
Choc and Babu seem so nice 😄
Shane fucking killed it. Both of you, just a great watch
