company create ሳደርግ starting date July 8,2021 to Aug 6 2021 ነዉ ፡፡ petty cash fund 40000 birr የተለቀቀዉ Dec 10,2021 ነዉ አሁን petty cash beginning balance ሳስገባ petty cash fund በተለቀቀበት ቀን ወይስ በወሩ መጨረሻ Aug 6 2021 ? Petty cash debit ከሆነ ,credit የሚሆነዉ የትኛዉ አካዉንት ነዉ ከpetty cash በስተቀር ሁሉም beginning balance ስለሌላቸዉ retained earning credit ነዉ የሚሆነዉ ?ለምን ?

Petty cash የመጣው በጀት አመቱ ከጀመረ ከስድስት ወር በኋላ ስለሆነ beginning balance አድርገን አናስገባው ::ምክንያቱም እንቅስቃሴ ከተደረገ በኃላ ነው የተፈጠረው ስለዚህ general journal /cash disbursement journal ላይ post ነው የሚናደርገው
petty cash---------40000(Dr)
cash at bank saving/cash at bank banking/cash on hand ---------------------------40000(Cr)

አመሰግናለሁ ፡፡ በተጨማሪ አንድ ጥያቄ ልጠይቅህ እኔ በምሰራበት ድርጅት ውስጥ pettycash በወር 40000 ብር ነዉ የሚመደበዉ (በቼክ አይደለም ጥሬ ብር ነዉ የሚመደበዉ) ይህንን peachtree ላይ እንዴት ነዉ መመዝገብ የምችለዉ እባክህ እርዳኝ

Cash account ከሚለው ላይ የካሽ አካውንታችሁን (Cash on hand/cash at bank saving) መምረጥ
ከዛ amount የሚገባበት ቦታ ላይ 40,000 ማስገባት
ከዛ ቀጥሎ Expense account የሚለው ላይ የ ፒቲ ካሽ አካውንት መምረጥ
በመጨረሻ PAY TO THE ORDER OF የሚለው ላይ የካሸሩን ስም በመጸፍ save ማድረግ

general journal ላይ petty cash debit ,cash at bank credit 40000 ሳደረግ ወጪዎችን ስመዘግብ ከፒቲ ካሹ በላይ አድርጎ ይመዘግበዋል Ex. telephone exp.,utility, stationary ..........etc እነዚህን ወጪዎች ምን ላይ record ላድርገዉ

you cant correct(edit) simply but by following the steps below you can correct it
1st export all transaction from the old company including chart of accounts
2nd create a new company with out chart of accounts by correcting the period structure
3rd import the exported transaction into it
NB. you should delete the old company
everything will fine

ቤቴልሄም የቻናሉ ቤተሰብ ስለሆንሽ አመሰግናለሁ .. ጥሩ ጥያቄ ነው የጠየሸው፡ -ባላንስ ያለውን ብቻ ባላንሱን እናስገባ እና የሌለውን ግን ባዶ አድርገን እንተዋለን፡፡
ለምሳሌ expense ፣Income (sales or service) አካውንቶች temporary አካውንት ናቸው ማላትም በአመቱ መጨረሻ የሚዘጉ እና ዜሮ የሚሆኑ ስለዚህ እንዚህ አካውንቶች ዜሮ ባላንስ ሳላላቸው አካውንታቸውን እንፈጥራለን እንጅ ባላንስ አናስገባላቸውም ማለት ነው፡፡ቻርት ስንመሰርት ለወደፊት እንጠቀምባቸዋለን ብለን የምናስባቸውን አካውንቶች ሁሉ እንፈጥራለን ባላንስ ያላቸውን ብቻ ባላንሳቸውን እናስገባና ሌላውን ባዶ እንተዋልን ማለት ነው፡፡
