I've an eye on that 1JJ deck now. Heavy card stock doesn't play at all well with my tiny, child-sized hands, but it looks like MPC is now offering it (as 'A35 Thick Standard') as one of their standard options, so you might well be able to sweet-talk MPC deck creators into adding it as an option for you, if you'd like other decks on that same stock.

You've got me curious, can I ask what is on the backs? Its not a plaid back, roses and lilies, or crackleback? Hang onto it if its that old, as those ones were the best . They don't make RWS like they used to. Ill recommend Centennial or Universal Waite to newbies before the traditional "yellowbox". : )

Wow great decks! I like them all. I know some don't like the Centennial so for those who want "vintage out of the box" , My Dirty Pam is great. Its cool how they print the scratches on there like that. Funny how this stuff comes up. Back in the day we babied our rock/concert T-shirts as we didn't want them to age . (Cold wash/no dryer) Now they sell them in what they call a "distressed" print, so when brand new they look like they've been around forever . Always great stuff here Simon. Thanks : )

Great video, as always! Out of curiosity, which card stock of MPC decks is your favorite? The ‘My Dirty Pam’ is printed on A35, which is the thick card stock. The Standard is S30, which is what most decks come on (I think the C.S. tarot has this card stock) and the Superior Smooth is the S33, which might be more unfamiliar and I don’t know if you have decks with this stock. So let’s say, between the thick and standard, which one do you prefer?
