Geeze this home is amazeballs!! That basement is the bomb! Wow! I can't even touch something this well built with the open space and the to die for views here in Cali for 2 million.

As a Kentuckian I'm kinda Partial to it myself. And on a side note it seems like in the old days alot of Folks from Scotland and Ireland settled in Kentucky. Maybe not an important fact,but something I find interesting.

sure..no need to ever go to the food store or gas station or doctors office or concerts or sporting events or kids school events or restaurants...or convenience store...or the gym....or the work place.....but other than those places and a 100 more i could name...you could avoid people altogether in this house...

The ''virus'' isn't even real, at this point. It's electromagnetically induced respiratory distress, and the masks, which cut off your oxygen, are not helping. They may release something in the future. But either way, you want to get out of the city!

LMAO! Brad, do you have an obsession with "backyards"? That backyard is amazing and the view from the deck is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! That tree with a little trimming could be made into a piece of artwork. The house is beautiful and reminds me of my favorite house in our wooded suburb; almost seems identical to the one you're showing. I love the layout but I would have to put a gate across the entry into the basement. My wife is physically challenged and having only a year of experience with her wheelchair, she's not the best "driver" and that's a potential hazard. The basement would be my man cave (now I'm excited!). Being an avid outdoors person I could have space galore for all of my overland camping gear, kayak and canoe and I would be able to set up a movie theater/football party room. Wow! I love this house. I'm a "tinkerer" and that space is perfect. I would like a full on bathroom down there with a walk in shower but a portable toilet in one of the closets would suffice :-) That outdoor space adjacent to the basement would be a great outdoor office and space to read. My wife and I are avid readers. Being the chef, janitor and home care specialist this house could work for me. As far as BBQ, yeah, the red bag of charcoal is the best. The blue bag contains so much dust that would be hazardous to one's health.

Gas grill is my preferred. I slow cook opposite the flame but then switch sides for drill marks.
My husband and I prefer charcoal because it’s a little slower paced cooking. It gives you time to enjoy the beauty around you especially in the Spring. We usually sit in the rocking chairs enjoy nature and he enjoys a few Miller High Life’s. Also, the food really taste good cooked over charcoal!
Another great property. If I could only convince my wife to move from CT. All the family is here and won’t leave them.

I don’t mean to be rude but the outside looks like it was originally a mobile home and then upgraded. It just has that “look.” On the other hand, it had high ceilings so it’s probably not a mobile home. Not sure but a nice place. Don’t be too hard on Josh!

Basements are worth it in areas with high enough elevations and low enough water tables. Why? Because basements are just so versatile!

The master bedroom is small and the bathroom totally small 😒 the basement can create another house kitchen bedroom living room. Can be use for guess room when family kids come to visit
