That is a beautiful house with beautiful decor! It looks like they put their heart into making it extra nice. I don't know why they are selling it, but it seems like they will truly miss it!
Brad....... I love this house. When the time comes for the Lords blessings to come through, I'm gonna need you to find me a house that is basically the equivalent of this house and the triple creek farm house that you showed years back, combined lol. I'm going multi-gen. It was your videos that opened my eyes to the beauty of country living and I would love for you to make it happen lol
Ok I'ma just gonna go and wing this. . . I'm out west and the ocean sure is purty, but these folks'll drive a good ol grl mean. . .and I won't lettum doit. . . .I just came into money and have never had a home. I'm not sure I'm in a good spot for good neighbors(by a long shot! lol), so I've been thinking about moving back east instead, to settle in for good. If I stay here I'll be a hermit with animals. Anywho, I want some land for sure, and not in town. I value PRIVACY, lots a room(rather not have a very small house cuz I like people and projects). . . Old, solid builds with old school big ol stone fire places are perfect, every one. Any solid Log cabin or self build is preferred. Creek'd be real nice. . . . I lived out east, in Pikeville as a kid. Got friends from Nashviile to Ashville, NC. . . . I loved staying on off grid land by Dale Hollow Lake, around Celina Tn. There was spring on the land and a fat creek, and in 4 months of spring I never saw a soul but a herd of goats and couldn't get out when it rained cuz the crick was too high. . . Outhouse feels more normal that comode.. . It was snuggled into a windy road/holler type spot, a 5 minutes drive on gravel before crossing the creek; a holler surrounded by the curving hill. I never heard a soul either, or a vehicle. It was heaven. There was a frog pond FULL of frogs that croaked at night like no one would believe. Solar/propane . . . . LOVED it there. Stones throw from Dale Hollow Lake where the run off is so cold, it steams in summer and the water is black, it's so cold and deep. . . Just Great Memories, all around in both Ky and TN, and a whole lot of great folks are there, who I like a whole lot and I may not see again otherwise of moving back thataway. . . A whole community of old hippies made families in Burkesville and all around, dippin into TN too. . . . . I yr or so ago I heard of a huge log LODGE built off grid in Ky, on a bunch of land as if it was going to be a community but after the set up they bailed and it was for sale. It had dug wells and was all set. It was looking for $350 which would be steal. . . I'm sure it's gone and I don't remember enough to find it again. . . . But, if you know or heard of it somehow and know about, I'd love to know what became of that spot, or if you come to know of anything in the roundabout areas, maybe you'd think of me. I' can't look real well from here for that kinda spot, like I would if I were there; I'd be driving around a lot and watching the obits - taking drives and talking to folks, seeing what I might run into.. I don' think what I like is common and you seemed right up my ally so, who knows what'll come by your attention? If you have any interest that is. . . Or heck maybe you know the spot right now. . . Lol. . . It'll be paid in full also - no loans. . . I want room and space for a garden, and fruit trees. . . scoopcity22@gm .. . . (sorry if I over shared in your comments!). . .
Interesting property, great location as was mentioned. I like the idea of being in the country but not too far from shopping and what not. What’s with all the random basketball clips?
"Just here for the jokes." At 15:23, you said you were a little squeaky, Probable the breakfast sausage, LOL. Brad that was a great property. It's so big I wouldn't have to talk to my wife all day.
That’s a nice area for sure. I go through there every trip to Danville. I love being out in the country but beautiful home. That yard screams tractor with a finish mower to me. 😂
Definitely add this to the properties I’d like to view. It’s a wee bit dated in parts but nothing that can’t be personalised to suit any family. You’re absolutely right Brad as it calling out for a poole and BBQ area with a pizza oven 😊. Terrific potential. Small world again as I just left a comment on Doug Sewell’s RUclips channel 😂! I let you have your picture taken with me 😵💫. Big smiles and see you soon 💫
vERY affordbale - the new buyers were thrilled. Ken will know a bunch more about this property. I am just his social assistant. I would tell you more if I knew more call or text Ken 859-494-5521
@patticlaude1 - septic yes. municipal water. maybe be fencing on two sides. There is a farm fencing guy two doors down - super fella. You are zone Ag/Res, and over 10 cres, so you are unlimited as far as I understand on animals. Best to ask Ken though --- Ken will know a bunch more about this property - call or text Ken 859-494-5521
@brucewhite7457 - the workshop is in the basement - bring your tools. There is a shed in the back - but its just a shed - a nice shed, but they all look like a shed. 😀 the gem is the shop right off the lower garage.
a place similar to that in an exclusive area of what is very fast heading towards a rich and poor state that is california..... well a house like that and on 10 acres in an exclusive area of ca could go easily for $10 million, but more likely $20+ million..... $150k hahaha sure..... i'd say no mattter it should be $1+ million in a rural ky area as it is. or was as it likely sold pretty fast at bout $700k. by the way and T R U M P 2 0 2 4
@patricksnyder3446 - absolutely NO hoa. This is zoned Ag/Res, so a house (residential part) and Ag, so any farming activity - Horse, Cattle, Llamas - anything you want. Ken will know a bunch more about this property - call or text Ken 859-494-5521
Is that property tax an annual payment? Sorry, as I currently live in the UK and we don't have property tax once you buy a property its your's. I am so keen to move over to Texas, but another year before my situation allows it.
@@gambiarran419 It’s the same as Council Tax and is an annual payment. I believe you can pay monthly. Just like in the United Kingdom it pays for all the services like, fire department, police, schools, water installation etc. The more it’s focused on farming the greater the discount. It’s at least half the price of the UK 🇬🇧
What a beautiful home but what a lousy tour. The camera is all over the place, you barely had time to look at the rooms, you skipped the family room...really, what was the big hurry? Your tours are not usually like this & I would have liked to enjoy this house. 😢🤯
@carolwaite4343 - When you are ready to buy, one of our agents will spend all the time you need in that property - then you can make an offer with them. We got you.
@MrDangerous64 - Ken builds DGs. We are in rural areas - and the first thing everyone asks is how far to a jug of milk, loaf of bread, etc - so DG solves that. I am not strange for DG - I am just all strange. 😀 and we're glad to help you when you're ready to buy.
@@BradSimmons Brad, I wasn't trying to bust your balls. I had no idea you were plugging them. 😏 I appreciate your videos. As a matter of fact, some of them have really made me consider KY as a place to retire in, especially the areas surrounding Danville. Beautiful real estate, and phenominal prices for what you get. Unfortunately, all my favorite videos are older and I'm sure the properties sold quickly. I will be contacting you in hopefully less than a year. Keep up the great work
Ken will know a bunch more about this property - call or text Ken 859-494-5521
Showed the wife this video and she fell in love with the house and property. Just need to win the lottery 😂
There's my big buddy Brad again ....
Very nice your videos showing the places
I wish you did an aerial still with the property line drawn.
I'm with you so I guess I'm a weird oh too!! Just purchased 4.50 acres in the country. Can't wait for the privacy.
And yes that spot in the back would be perfect for a pool to be put in.😊
The land is beautiful. Wonderful home for several families with plenty of elbow room.
Amazing property. Love seeing notifications on YT from our Big Buddy Brad ❤
It’s gorgeous
Beautiful house and property. My sisters husband and their son moved to Kentucky and they love it there
And I like the shed in the back for the riding lawnmower.
The house is nice but I am more excited about the land and the things you can add to such as a pool and a massive garage.
I totally agree!!! Lots of cool stuff you can do - don't forget an outdoor kitchen! 😀
That is a beautiful house with beautiful decor! It looks like they put their heart into making it extra nice. I don't know why they are selling it, but it seems like

it!
And there is a very nice huge basement downstairs.👍
I'll tell u, you sure have some nice places for sale

I would definitely build a deck off of the back of the 2nd floor in the backyard.👍
Now that's a lovely house
The basketball video overlays were hilarious (esp the last one)!
Gorgeous house and property
wow! love this house.
It’s a great place to start a moonshine operation and have plenty of room left over for cultivation of spinach. Sweet
@hhazelhoff1363 - two of my favorite things!

Nice to have a 3 bay garage and one in the back going into the basement.
Fine! I hit the darn button.
Plenty of room in the basement for that place to be a bed and breakfast.😊🍺
Fantastic video nice to see you Brad.

How much would the payment be on that house with property tax?
of course, it depoends on how much you put down...
How much cost this property
Hi Ken what is the cost of memory care per month. My mom is in California and is paying $11500. Bleed out the elderly.
@MT-me4ny - last we checked was in the 5-6k range. so about half.
Brad, lovely house but far too big for just one person. What's the music called? Love your videos. Thank you for the work you put into your videos.
my editor uses Epidemic Sounds -- that's all I know about music. 🙂 and thank you for the kind words...
As usual love it love you gotta get my ducks in a row but soon may be getting in touch with yall
