So could you do a video of what you would do with your hair from the day you shower to the end of the week? I don't shower super often either cuz I know that takes away nutrients. I would like to see a week of hairstyles from wet hair to dry hair (without blow drying).

Do you make sure your hair care products are gluten free too? I accidentally used a shampoo and conditioner with gluten in them and my scalp broke out in a itchy rash :(
