Deep Glow and BCC Drop Shadow with "Slow Fade On" or "Fade Up Words" at the start, and "Slow Fade Out" at the end.
(Also, Easy Ease the text fade keyframes to make it look smoother.)
(Optional) You can also use the "Increase Tracking" Effect on your text for a better result, If Increase Tracking doesn't work and your text goes to the right, Select all of your text, go to "Paragraph" and click the centered lines that say "Center Text" when you hover over them, If the text moves, recenter your text. I recommend Easy Easing the Increase Tracking keyframes for a smoother look.
