My daughter was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a month before she turned 40! Her faith and family is what kept her fighting! This was our song the whole time she was fighting this’ unfortunately she lost her battle 2 years and 6 months ago. 😢😢

I am a new child in God, My wife and I have been having some problems which came to a head Saturday night. She has been praying for us, Mainly for me to receive Christ as my Savior.She has not spoken to me since she left, other than Texts. Sunday was my breaking Point, I bowed down and ask Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. I have told her this (via texts) I know that she thinks it is just a ploy to get her back. I was driving home from work Yesterday and The wholly sprit told me to change the radio station and I came upon this song. I broke down and started crying, not just from Sadness, But I had joy at the same time.She always told me there was power in Prayer and power in numbers, So I am asking for people to pray for us, So we both can forgive each other, Please pray that God will soften her heart and speak to her soul so she knows that my Salvation is real. I need her more than ever right now.

Jeff - Carla S. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace. He is the only one that has power over satan as well as the power to help anyone overcome anything if they humble themselves and accept him. He can make our lives new. Everyone has a spiritual thirst----a space in their heart reserved for God but many fill the void with worthless possessions, drugs, etc. People naturally have a sinful nature and are constantly searching for something to "fill the void" and are on a quest for satisfaction. It's a choice we have to make. He reaches people by invitation not condemnation. They only have to humbly accept him to make their lives new....a leap of faith. Praying that you are working things out together.

A few years ago around November my grandpa died. I don't process my emotions well and I just had to do something. I started cleaning and but on my playlist of Christian songs. This song played and it really help me get through it. It's been I think 2 years since then and anything time I hear this song it reminds me of him and that It's Not Over Yet. God is good all the time. I was severely depressed for 3 years. I attempted suicide twice and fortunately failed both times. I had done research and I had a few different plans for how I was going to try a third time. Then God stepped in. I was depressed because I was lonely, and I was lonely because I lost all my friends. Then He gave me my best friend in the whole world. I love him to death and just this morning I was texting him. He was one of the greatest blessings God ever gave me, and after meeting him I remembered how to do things that I hadn't done in years. I remembered how to smile. I remembered how to laugh and have fun, and I learned what love felt like. Not the kind of romantic love we see in the movies, but true love. The love I have for someone who's like a brother to me. With God's help I overcame depression and loneliness and suicide. Right when the enemy had me God showed me just how kind and how powerful he is. To anyone reading this, God loves you just as much as all his other children. He loves you regardless of your ethnicity, your nationality, your citizenship, your gender identity, your sexual orientation, or anything else. God rescued me, he'll rescue you too.
To anybody else struggling with depression, hang on. I know it sucks, trust me, but it gets better. Never give up the good fight, the pain ends at some point. You're special. I love you, and God loves you! :)

I know the demon of self harm. 😢 It's usually more than one but you can overcome in Jesus name by his stripes we are healed it is by his precious blood that's already been shed that we do not have to harm ourselves and we can overcome!!!!!! Hii. My name is Anna. I am 20. I have never done drugs, been abused etc. I live a great life. I have parents and others that love me dearly. I have so many fears though. I still live at home and commute to college. In this coming fall semester I am going to have to start paying for classes. I have no idea what I am going for. I have no interest in any of the school subjects. My only interest is media. Movies, tv shows, books, music etc. I have attended many local radio station events and seen people that work with the radio station. I would possibly like to do that but I have no connections, no direction, I don't even know what the position options are. I also have social anxiety. I was homeschooled for 7 years which may have contributed. Not meaning to sound needy, I am in no way, but I have never had a boyfriend. I had a bestfriend move away months ago which I am still heart broken about. I have another severely depressed friend, and another friend moving in two weeks. I just have many fears, lack of direction, and loneliness. Would anyone pray for me?
One piece of advice. Don't rely on god to give you anything, rely on yourself. You alone have control over your life and once you realize that you can do anything and go anywhere.

This is one song that has helped me through the past year. Everything started falling apart. 4 deaths in the family, then my husband and I (who worked together at the same job) along with the rest of my coworkers got laid off. Everything started falling apart. We had no one to help us, we had a mortgage payment, and a baby. We started burning through our saved funds to keep the bills paid after us getting minimum wage jobs, that unfortunately wouldn't cover all of the bills. Things were slipping, we were losing hope. And I was on my way to home from the the 3rd interview I had that day for a better paying job, and since they didn't hire me on the spot I got onto the highway and just started to sob. I didn't know what was going to happen to us. And then this song came on the radio... and I knew that was a God send.. God made a way for my family and me. Now we both have jobs that can pay the bills and we're no longer behind, and we are actually at better jobs than the one we got laid off from. He truly blessed us, and I could never thank him enough. He gave me courage during these trying times. I still listen to this song when I need encouragement to keep pushing forward. For King and Country -- you made a powerful song that has touched so many lives. Thank you.

recently went through a pretty deep depression when I lost my mother (she was like my best friend) honestly felt like my life was over. looked to the future and couldn't see any light or hope. like my mom dying was like the one thing that just couldn't happen. and then my whole life changed and I financially had to start over when I had previously been making progress. it felt pretty lonely and cold. I felt God was cruel and people singing praise to him was just blind. How could I praise God and say he was so loving when he let my mother die like that? (she starved to death) and honestly I felt lost in this cloud of confusion. however after I went to visit my nanna and was finally in a church for.the first time in years I literally got my answers. morning service message: grieving about God. I literally sat there the whole service. slouched, arms crossed, head hung just trying not to cry. I felt like I was being called out. but it still didn't answer my question: why shouldn't we grieve about God? if he's being cruel and leaving people to die... I felt God was unloving. then the evening service and some children were presenting to the church. answering questions about the Bible and they were asked the question. "is God good?" the answer: yes. "how do we KNOW God is good?" my ears perked and then the answer came. "Calvery" honestly that hit me like a ton of bricks

Hm sounds like you like Ephesians 2:8 but chose to not believe Ephesians 2:9. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works lest anyone should boast." But then: "For we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance, that we should walk in them." It is true that we are not saved by works, but it is also true that we are called to do good works if we are in Christ. So it is completely correct to say this: Jesus is my salvation, and because he is my salvation and I am a new creation in Christ, I choose to walk in the good works that God has prepared in advance for me to do. :) What a privilege!! Let's walk in the whole truth revealed in Scripture.

This songs meaning hits home for me in a personal way. They wrote this song for their sister who has battled Lymes disease for the last 3 years. I was diagnosed with it in May 2011 and have been going through so many physical and emotional challenges this last year in and of itself. This is a hard thing to end up with. It definitely takes a toll on your mind body and spirit. Love finding out the true meaning of this song and who it was written for. How amazing they are to have written this for their sister. ♡ My heart goes out to everyone battling Lymes disease. I know how hard this road is. Please do not ever dismiss anyone who is battling this. Love to all and hang in there!! According to the CDC there are 300, 000 cases of lymes disease diagnosed every year. We need to get more awareness out there for this. Mine was just from a simple tiny little tick that bit me on my ankle and embedded itself for a few hours without me knowing it while playing catch with my kids in the back yard of my house. I haven't been able to work much lately and stay tired alot and brain fog is unreal. Not to mention the gut wrenching pains in my arms legs and back. Plus unbearable headaches. This stuff starts taking away your life. But we have to find a way to fight it. God bless all of you. Been feeling pretty overwhelmed so I tuned in to Christian music station while driving to visit my daughter's grave and this song had just started playing. My daughter was my best friend and the hole in my heart will never be filled. Wow! I don't believe I tuned to this station the moment this song was playing. I believe she was allowed to comfort me as usual, through a song. "Never give up. Never give in." was her motto. It's even engraved on her Monument. I'm ready to do this thing, Life now!

Honestly, when I was at a point when I had anxiety of so much stuff in my plate, I took out about an hour in the afternoon to pray. Mentally prepared myself, got rid of distractions and separated that hour. Sometimes i ran out of things to say. It was incredible how chill i would feel after doing that and the fact that i started to be able to get things done even with less time than before. Sacrificing that hour made a big difference. God knows your life and if you just have 5 minutes or 30 minutes to spare, His Spirit will speak to you

Remember, you are never alone. He says in His Word that He will never leave you or forsake you. Just lean on the Lord. He has a plan for your life. I love For King and Country. It is my go to when I am feeling down or confused. Currently, I am not feeling hopeful, but pretty hopeless. Not because my life is bad, but because I have a very curious mind that pushes me down rabbit holes. Those holes become interesting, question my knowledge and force me to think critically. I enjoy the critical thinking, but then it leaves me feeling hopeless and empty. I know that Jesus will come back to save us, but in the meantime, I do not know what to believe about our present world nor the past. I feel deceived by many, feel abandoned by my open minded thinking and am called a conspiracy theorist. I do question a lot that has happen and is happening, but only because I seek truth. I value truth and value differing opinions, but today things are so polarized and sometimes I just want the world to end. It is a struggle, but one I hope to overcome in time. This song actually kept me alive 7 years ago. I was so close to taking my own life. I am now free from anxiety/depression and healing my inner child (though, it took a long time to get here). I’m so glad she stayed and I’m so proud of her. She didn’t give up when it was so tempting. Came back to this song and I can’t stop crying from how proud I am. Thank you! I went through a massive depression for years. From bullying to the loss of an extremely close grandmother, I could feel my faith fading and my love for God slipping away. I didn't care. I tried to harm myself and tried to rid myself from this world because I lost all hope and I just didn't care anymore. I thought that there was no point in living. It blinded me from realizing how much my family supported, loved, and cared for me. I had no idea that I had such a massive support system. From friends and family (biological and not) to my beloved mother. My mom and grandmother (her mom) have been there for me in times where I felt like I didn't deserve it. They have helped and guided me through my dark days. My grandmother purchased a WOW cd with this song on it. The first time I heard it, I didn't really pay attention to the lyrics, but the second time, I really listened. The lyrics touched my heart. Now my faith is restored and is stronger than ever. My faith is the one thing that is keeping me alive and sane. Without God's Word in my life, my world would have been sad, dark, and full of hate and loneliness. God is Love! I am now a proud and happily devoted Christian and a follower of Christ for eternity. 🕇😇

I listen to this song daily. I'm 21, I am very ill. I have been for a while. I see 7 doctors, take more medicine than one can imagine. I just found out I lost my insurance because of my age and because I enrolled in college finally. I'm not sure what I am going to do, but I have faith that God knows what he is doing. He always does.

Sunday was my breaking Point, I bowed down and ask Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. I have told her this (via texts) I know that she thinks it is just a ploy to get her back. I was driving home from work Yesterday and The wholly sprit told me to change the radio station and I came upon this song. I broke down and started crying, not just from Sadness, But I had joy at the same time.She always told me there was power in Prayer and power in numbers, So I am asking for people to pray for us, So we both can forgive each other, Please pray that God will soften her heart and speak to her soul so she knows that my Salvation is real. I need her more than ever right now.

Jeff - Carla S. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace. He is the only one that has power over satan as well as the power to help anyone overcome anything if they humble themselves and accept him. He can make our lives new. Everyone has a spiritual thirst----a space in their heart reserved for God but many fill the void with worthless possessions, drugs, etc. People naturally have a sinful nature and are constantly searching for something to "fill the void" and are on a quest for satisfaction. It's a choice we have to make. He reaches people by invitation not condemnation. They only have to humbly accept him to make their lives new....a leap of faith. Praying that you are working things out together.

A few years ago around November my grandpa died. I don't process my emotions well and I just had to do something. I started cleaning and but on my playlist of Christian songs. God is good all the time. I was severely depressed for 3 years. I attempted suicide twice and fortunately failed both times. I had done research and I had a few different plans for how I was going to try a third time. Then God stepped in. I was depressed because I was lonely, and I was lonely because I lost all my friends. Then He gave me my best friend in the whole world. I love him to death and just this morning I was texting him. He was one of the greatest blessings God ever gave me, and after meeting him I remembered how to do things that I hadn't done in years. I remembered how to smile. I remembered how to laugh and have fun, and I learned what love felt like. Not the kind of romantic love we see in the movies, but true love. The love I have for someone who's like a brother to me. With God's help I overcame depression and loneliness and suicide. Right when the enemy had me God showed me just how kind and how powerful he is. To anyone reading this, God loves you just as much as all his other children. He loves you regardless of your ethnicity, your nationality, your citizenship, your gender identity, your sexual orientation, or anything else. God rescued me, he'll rescue you too.
To anybody else struggling with depression, hang on. I know it sucks, trust me, but it gets better. Never give up the good fight, the pain ends at some point. You're special. I love you, and God loves you! :)

Hii. My name is Anna. I am 20. I have never done drugs, been abused etc. I live a great life. I have parents and others that love me dearly. I have so many fears though. I still live at home and commute to college. In this coming fall semester I am going to have to start paying for classes. I have no idea what I am going for. I have no interest in any of the school subjects. My only interest is media. Movies, tv shows, books, music etc. I have attended many local radio station events and seen people that work with the radio station. I would possibly like to do that but I have no connections, no direction, I don't even know what the position options are. I also have social anxiety. I was homeschooled for 7 years which may have contributed. Not meaning to sound needy, I am in no way, but I have never had a boyfriend. I had a bestfriend move away months ago which I am still heart broken about. I have another severely depressed friend, and another friend moving in two weeks. I just have many fears, lack of direction, and loneliness. Would anyone pray for me?
One piece of advice. Don't rely on god to give you anything, rely on yourself. You alone have control over your life and once you realize that you can do anything and go anywhere.

This is one song that has helped me through the past year. Everything started falling apart. 4 deaths in the family, then my husband and I (who worked together at the same job) along with the rest of my coworkers got laid off. Everything started falling apart. We had no one to help us, we had a mortgage payment, and a baby.
We started burning through our saved funds to keep the bills paid after us getting minimum wage jobs, that unfortunately wouldn't cover all of the bills. Things were slipping, we were losing hope. And I was on my way to home from the the 3rd interview I had that day for a better paying job, and since they didn't hire me on the spot I got onto the highway and just started to sob. I didn't know what was going to happen to us.
And then this song came on the radio... and I knew that was a God send.. God made a way for my family and me. Now we both have jobs that can pay the bills and we're no longer behind, and we are actually at better jobs than the one we got laid off from. He truly blessed us, and I could never thank him enough. He gave me courage during these trying times. I still listen to this song when I need encouragement to keep pushing forward.

recently went through a pretty deep depression when I lost my mother (she was like my best friend) honestly felt like my life was over. looked to the future and couldn't see any light or hope.
like my mom dying was like the one thing that just couldn't happen. and then my whole life changed and I financially had to start over when I had previously been making progress. it felt pretty lonely and cold.
I felt God was cruel and people singing praise to him was just blind. How could I praise God and say he was so loving when he let my mother die like that? (she starved to death) and honestly I felt lost in this cloud of confusion.
however after I went to visit my nanna and was finally in a church for.the first time in years I literally got my answers.
morning service message: grieving about God. I literally sat there the whole service. slouched, arms crossed, head hung just trying not to cry. I felt like I was being called out. but it still didn't answer my question: why shouldn't we grieve about God? if he's being cruel and leaving people to die... I felt God was unloving.
then the evening service and some children were presenting to the church. answering questions about the Bible and they were asked the question.
"is God good?"
the answer: yes.
"how do we KNOW God is good?"
my ears perked and then the answer came.

Hm sounds like you like Ephesians 2:8 but chose to not believe Ephesians 2:9. But then: "For we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance, that we should walk in them." It is true that we are not saved by works, but it is also true that we are called to do good works if we are in Christ. So it is completely correct to say this: Jesus is my salvation, and because he is my salvation and I am a new creation in Christ, I choose to walk in the good works that God has prepared in advance for me to do. :) What a privilege!! Let's walk in the whole truth revealed in Scripture.

This songs meaning hits home for me in a personal way. They wrote this song for their sister who has battled Lymes disease for the last 3 years. I was diagnosed with it in May 2011 and have been going through so many physical and emotional challenges this last year in and of itself. This is a hard thing to end up with. It definitely takes a toll on your mind body and spirit. Love finding out the true meaning of this song and who it was written for. How amazing they are to have written this for their sister. ♡ My heart goes out to everyone battling Lymes disease. I know how hard this road is. Please do not ever dismiss anyone who is battling this. Love to all and hang in there!! According to the CDC there are 300, 000 cases of lymes disease diagnosed every year. We need to get more awareness out there for this. Mine was just from a simple tiny little tick that bit me on my ankle and embedded itself for a few hours without me knowing it while playing catch with my kids in the back yard of my house. I haven't been able to work much lately and stay tired alot and brain fog is unreal. Not to mention the gut wrenching pains in my arms legs and back. Plus unbearable headaches. This stuff starts taking away your life. But we have to find a way to fight it. God bless all of you. Been feeling pretty overwhelmed so I tuned in to Christian music station while driving to visit my daughter's grave and this song had just started playing. My daughter was my best friend and the hole in my heart will never be filled. Wow! I don't believe I tuned to this station the moment this song was playing. I believe she was allowed to comfort me as usual, through a song. "Never give up. Never give in." was her motto. It's even engraved on her Monument. I'm ready to do this thing, Life now!

Honestly, when I was at a point when I had anxiety of so much stuff in my plate, I took out about an hour in the afternoon to pray. Mentally prepared myself, got rid of distractions and separated that hour. Sometimes i ran out of things to say. It was incredible how chill i would feel after doing that and the fact that i started to be able to get things done even with less time than before. Sacrificing that hour made a big difference. God knows your life and if you just have 5 minutes or 30 minutes to spare, His Spirit will speak to you
As I sat at the table sobbing so hard that I couldn't see clearly.I was praying my hardest to God for a heart attack,to end my pain.I've been separated from my husband now 2 months after 31 years of marriage.And after 2 months I still have many days,I feel like I just can't go on....A friend introduced this song to me not knowing what I had just been praying for!..

I love For King and Country. It is my go to when I am feeling down or confused. Currently, I am not feeling hopeful, but pretty hopeless. Not because my life is bad, but because I have a very curious mind that pushes me down rabbit holes. Those holes become interesting, question my knowledge and force me to think critically. I enjoy the critical thinking, but then it leaves me feeling hopeless and empty. I know that Jesus will come back to save us, but in the meantime, I do not know what to believe about our present world nor the past. I feel deceived by many, feel abandoned by my open minded thinking and am called a conspiracy theorist. I do question a lot that has happen and is happening, but only because I seek truth. I value truth and value differing opinions, but today things are so polarized and sometimes I just want the world to end. It is a struggle, but one I hope to overcome in time. I’m so glad she stayed and I’m so proud of her. She didn’t give up when it was so tempting. Came back to this song and I can’t stop crying from how proud I am. Thank you! I went through a massive depression for years. From bullying to the loss of an extremely close grandmother, I could feel my faith fading and my love for God slipping away. I didn't care. I tried to harm myself and tried to rid myself from this world because I lost all hope and I just didn't care anymore. I thought that there was no point in living. It blinded me from realizing how much my family supported, loved, and cared for me. I had no idea that I had such a massive support system. From friends and family (biological and not) to my beloved mother. My mom and grandmother (her mom) have been there for me in times where I felt like I didn't deserve it. They have helped and guided me through my dark days. My grandmother purchased a WOW cd with this song on it. The first time I heard it, I didn't really pay attention to the lyrics, but the second time, I really listened. The lyrics touched my heart. Now my faith is restored and is stronger than ever. My faith is the one thing that is keeping me alive and sane. Without God's Word in my life, my world would have been sad, dark, and full of hate and loneliness. God is Love! I am now a proud and happily devoted Christian and a follower of Christ for eternity. 🕇😇

I listen to this song daily. I'm 21, I am very ill. I have been for a while. I see 7 doctors, take more medicine than one can imagine. I just found out I lost my insurance because of my age and because I enrolled in college finally. I'm not sure what I am going to do, but I have faith that God knows what he is doing. He always does.
