If I were in the market at this time, that would be perfect! Everything I would want, even down to a good space for a washing machine! Just right for a live-aboard boat.
Proof beyond doubt that you can get a two bedroom layout in a 57ft narrow boat and still have room for a lounge and kitchen and bathroom. Simply remove one wardrobe in the end bedroom and reduce the kitchen and make it a semitrad instead of a cruiser and you'll save the 7ft length of a single bedroom. I often wonder why they fit a mansion size cooker with 4 hobs anyway, After 66 years I have never needed more than 2 hobs and 1 small fridge and I small freezer and a washer dryer. Otherwise it's the best design so far.
A 57 foot boat but only 45 feet of accommodation. It seems silly to waste a quarter of what is basically a two birth boat on decks that will be unusable for about half of the year.

Nice boat, interior fittings and furniture are good everything you'd want for a live aboard, but it's about 35k overpriced, owners to greedy about the price but some Fool will pay the full price 😂.
To all the overpriced comments, a 3 year old boat with limited hours and reverse layout with new cratch and pram covers with this spec would be way over £150k new. This one will have had all the snags done and is ready to go. ...and now is doing.
