When coming off a restrictive fast, try broth based non dairy containing soups and smoothies. Then the solid foods the next day. Steak after a water fast is is crazy work but im sure youre ok. Also enzymes are good to take to help the body digest what it hasnt had to digest in a while. Not that my opinion matters, but you're doing amazing!

As much as I appreciate your transparency and dedication, knowing the severity of fasting and hearing it's being done for something in return is disheartening.
I fasted for clarity and closeness with God. That’s a valid reason for fasting.
Biblically Esther, Daniel and the entire people of Israel etc. fasted for reasons. A lot of times at the direction of God directly or the Prophet of the Lord. Opinions are opinions but sometimes opinions aren't fact or biblical. There are so many more things in this world to be disheartened about. Things that we could all work to change...
