Paul Barber the best football CEO in Europe if not the world. The most honest and articulate.

Darn good interview. Not a Brighton supporter (tbh I don’t watch much PL football), but this was an interesting watch.

The honesty about failing makes me want to root for Hove Albion and I only learned about their existence a year ago.

I'm a Liverpool fan but there's something that make me want to root for this club, their recruitment, their transfer strategy and finding ways to win against bigger clubs hoping for their success to the coming years.

Great subject and - as you said - it's more than just about footy! Rog, you, yourself, are a really good interviewer. Sky Sports or a big name broadcaster in the future 😊

Wait a minute. I thought BlewCo bought two or three of the geniuses behind Brighton's scouting and transfer strategy! Now I'm finding out we left the Mastermind behind?! BroCo... Putting the SCAT in scattergun approach!!

He’s the second highest paid chief executive in the league I doubt even Chelsea could entice him
