I'm 47 years old , I am four years sober from alcohol. Been to prison twice, put out of numerous homes. I trust in God and his son. The devil is a liar and murderer. He is also defeated. And God created him. There are good people, there is a purpose and plan for you reader. There is a lot wrong in this world but there is good. The light shines in the darkness and casts out the dark. Lots of reasons to give up but don't. Don't quit. And you are not alone either.
Keep going! God has you. Every step you take to maintain your sobriety helps not only you but others that you were sent here to help. Keep your Focus on the Lord. He is Mighty to Save!
I know how some church ppl talk about tv preachers.. but.. it’s a true gift from God to be able to incorporate humor into the heavy lifting of our emotional baggage.. this is the true representation of the image of God in man.

My life was in complete chaos..I knew of God, but was comfortable in my darkness..through people who God used to come find me and help turn my path. I am grateful. I'm not completely without sin...but I'm focusing on God and shedding my former self..I played for the wrong team far too long. I quit smoking weed 8 months ago but it wasn’t because i thought I found God I realized he was there all the time and he was telling me that if I kept doing tgis I was gonna end up dead and I’m just so happy God broke those chains
I'm 3 weeks off heroin and fentanyl. This isn't my first rodeo I been in rehab 4 times this time I did it cold turkey. I been asking God to take this addiction for the last 3 yrs. I been in this addiction since I was 19 I'm 43. 3 weeks ago God showed up and I really believe this time is gonna a winner. The things God spoke to me 3 weeks ago I received confirmation thru a few of pastors sermons one of them being trust the process, ugly trust was another. I'm back in my home church as of tonight. But I love watching these sermons as well.
Yes Congratulations! I'm praying everyday to save me from my thoughts racing thoughts . I am an addict and it seems like everytime I try which is every single day . I fall back . The only time I'm sober is when I'm at work .and I ask my boss to give me more days but I try I honestly I don't know why I use I I guess it's just something that I've been accustomed to but God is real and he's performing miracles in my life I have never felt and God is giving me the strength 2 keep going there's no other explanation for it

I feel at times that when I speak of my dreams, no one can relate. The devil seeks to kill, steal, and destroy. And he comes in my dreams in a way that still feels so vividly real.. even when I awaken from my sleep. I’m sick of it! I denounce this fear and doubt. I need to know what you do when you have these bad dreams. The more I pray the harder I am attacked it seems

This video has been sitting in one of my playlists for a long time. And now I know why. God's timing is perfect. My parents cut me off from the family last February because my list of priorities did not have them, my drug addicted sister and her 2 addict daughters. When they broke into my home and stole from me, that was the last straw for me. My parents said that they would not have had to break into my house if I had been more willing to help them. Well, it's coming up on 1 year. Birthdays, holidays, a year's worth have gone by and it hurts. I had nearly convinced myself that the only reason parents could give up a adult child that they've seemed to have loved all these 46 years is I must be unlovable. I must be a garbage human being, disposable. Thank you, Pastor Furtick, for this video. The devil has held me long enough! If God can live me and if Jesus sees me as worthy enough to die for then I can't be garbage! Glory to God!

I went to several churches and was treated the same at all of them. An outsider and outcast. Like everyone there was so good, and perfect. I prefer to listen online and avoid the excess drama, chaos, and attitude people make me feel. God is good and I no longer have to be around what tares me down.

This was me for a while, I asked for your help and nothing! So please at least try better, there's people out there who need it!
It is possible. Set priorities, see a therapist, do whatever works for you, to meet your sobriety goals, and maintain them. Seeing my therapist once a week, holds me accountable. It helps me understand that I matter too. Find what works for you. Eat healthy, workout, sleep routine... you can do this!

I'm going through the same thing, everyday I wake up I try to pick myself up sometimes that doesn't work. I just sit at work and worry about everything and just try to push through it. I need help I can't go on likes this. I'm hurting my family that's what hurts me most of all. Pray for me my sisters and brothers in Christ.

This is so so good. I am listening to this over and over. The line about "It is impossible for you to live in a sustainable way, above the level that you are willing to believe God at. Because eventually you will either shrink your belief down to the level of your experience or allow God to expand your belief to the level of his promise. Are you shrinking your belief to the level of your experience or are you allowing God to raise your experience up to the level of his power?" This is life-changing! I have been shrinking for decades!
That was amazing to read very powerful but you are extremely right because I have been doing the opposite and having allowing him to expand my belief to the level of his promise and the experiences I've been having are unbelievable if I explained it how I've experienced it through my perspective it's unbelievable because people already don't believe it and wouldn't but it's definitely an advanced type of extraodinary experience and I'm only 23 I can't even imagine what more is to come

I'm 3 weeks off heroin and fentanyl. This isn't my first rodeo I been in rehab 4 times this time I did it cold turkey. I been asking God to take this addiction for the last 3 yrs. I been in this addiction since I was 19 I'm 43. 3 weeks ago God showed up and I really believe this time is gonna a winner. The things God spoke to me 3 weeks ago I received confirmation thru a few of pastors sermons one of them being trust the process, ugly trust was another. I'm back in my home church as of tonight. But I love watching these sermons as well.

The only time I'm sober is when I'm at work .and I ask my boss to give me more days but I try I honestly I don't know why I use I I guess it's just something that I've been accustomed to but God is real and he's performing miracles in my life I have never felt and God is giving me the strength 2 keep going there's no other explanation for it

My parents cut me off from the family last February because my list of priorities did not have them, my drug addicted sister and her 2 addict daughters. When they broke into my home and stole from me, that was the last straw for me. My parents said that they would not have had to break into my house if I had been more willing to help them. Well, it's coming up on 1 year. Birthdays, holidays, a year's worth have gone by and it hurts. I had nearly convinced myself that the only reason parents could give up a adult child that they've seemed to have loved all these 46 years is I must be unlovable. I must be a garbage human being, disposable. Thank you, Pastor Furtick, for this video. The devil has held me long enough! It is possible. Set priorities, see a therapist, do whatever works for you, to meet your sobriety goals, and maintain them. Seeing my therapist once a week, holds me accountable. It helps me understand that I matter too. Find what works for you. Eat healthy, workout, sleep routine... you can do this!

This is so so good. I am listening to this over and over. The line about "It is impossible for you to live in a sustainable way, above the level that you are willing to believe God at. Because eventually you will either shrink your belief down to the level of your experience or allow God to expand your belief to the level of his promise. Are you shrinking your belief to the level of your experience or are you allowing God to raise your experience up to the level of his power?" This is life-changing! I have been shrinking for decades!
That was amazing to read very powerful but you are extremely right because I have been doing the opposite and having allowing him to expand my belief to the level of his promise and the experiences I've been having are unbelievable if I explained it how I've experienced it through my perspective it's unbelievable because people already don't believe it and wouldn't but it's definitely an advanced type of extraodinary experience and I'm only 23 I can't even imagine what more is to come

The devil tried to take what God used as an experience for me to see where life had taken me and to turn my eyes fully back on jesus.. to lean on him in one of the hardest times I've dealt with sober. Praise Jesus he's always holding on to me. Get behind me Satan! I'm a child of God!!!!😍
