But still nothing in front of the vada pav
True. As a broke teenager I would buy it with a drink all the time to sit in the air conditioned McDonald’s for hours with friends. Never cared for the taste though
@@amaansiddiqui2376 I agree... but as a kid all I wanted was a mcaloo tikki and there were so few McDonalds back then.
The only reason I buy that burger is cause I'm broke af
Yes McAloo Tikki was so popular & jumboking isn't that much preferred as shown in the video.
Who else waiting for lockdown to get over and try one of this for our dead toungue
Love le Lockdown ab kbhi nhi khulne wala le...😂
Make it at home, it's not that difficult
@@anmolt3840051 but Bombae vadapav is Bombae vadapav
Now I have managed to make it at home but miss the street ones
Mein bc, bahot dino se nahi khaya hai😭
I am from Mumbai and I obviously approve the vada pav (I like bhaji pave better tho!). I got the chills when I understood what the man in 1:33 because I could understand him (he speaks my mother-tongue which is Marathi and I speak it very well too)! I rarely hear any Marathi these day because I live in Canada but it's always nice to hear from someone you (kinda) know. Btw, I've also been to Ashok's vada pav and I have to say, you try it once, you get hooked (lol)!
The first Street vada pav after lockdown was heaven 😭❤️
The real question is why I'm watching this instead of doing online school
because you lack focus.

he is speaking slowly though....
It ain't that fast
I could understand without subtitles- A guy speaking Marathi as his 4th language.
I think THE GOLI VADA PAV chain servers up to the mark... It has many flavours but the traditional vada pav essence is not ruined at all!!😍😍
Went to mumbai, tried it, ate it, loved it, and got hooked on it, i also learned the recipe and how they do it!
I love JumboKing but the thing that I love the most is the Sause they give while eating. Its not tomato and really dont know but it tasted so amazing 1st time i tried that i can eat it with almost any burger in the world
Went to Mumbai in 2018 and I didn’t even know what it was, but I think I ate it nearly every day. It was good even when served cold
Happy to see that you guys are taking interest in Indian food and culture
Great video as always 👏
@@Ghostx003 I am referring to the channel (Great Big Story) and I am using "you guys" because the team consists of mainy people
@@Ghostx003 The people in the comment section are taking no interest
They are only concerned about who's first
There are some exceptions though...

Vada Pav is the soul of Mumbai City. 😍
He says 2 vadapav is like having a lunch me sliding back after having 5 back to back!!!
I won't say jumboking is that bad. But the Mumbai vadapav just is heavenly 😍
i put braces today and youtube starts recommending me this
I've been in mumbai for almost a decade and i've never Ever eaten a vada pav as tasty as 'Jai maharashtra vada pav' just next to apna bazaar DN nagar andheri west! It'll change your life trust me! And the misal pav they serve is also out of this world
@Pranav M ayyy i was a student at SPCE doing my civil engg. at bhavans campus
2:46 You mean deep fries?
Until you step in Delhi, Lucknow & Kolkata...
Dude, the real taste of India resides here. For us, Vadapav is just a meal which was made for just having a business from it.
Most delicous burger ever. i only had it once and it tasted heavenly, spicy savoury and nice golden bread
0:52 the poor man was not happy about them touching him 😂
02:29 That jumbo guy is like, We use the soap water even to clean the potatoes and also to cook them, just to make sure that we actually maintain "hygiene" 🙄
2:35 This guy is a true businessman.
I love love love Vada Pav. Whenever I hear 'vada pav' me instantly like 'yeh yeh yeh'
I love the spiciness of the vadapav
Goli vadapav is very good
Looks delicious! Gonne try to find it in my country when lockdown over.
It's freakin delicious a must try
It is pretty easy to cook at home.
Can't see 👀this anymore,....... It's forcing me to go outside and have it🤤🤤
"We've committed the sin way too many times."
You go bro
I will always be thankful to Mumbai for giving Vadapav & PavBhaji. Both are my go to dishes.
I have eaten Vada Pav only once in my life that too in Bangalore in a small gully near SP Road, just because a friend of mine who is from North Karnataka told me to try it, and I loved it very much. So much that I wanted to go there again to try another.
The founder
The guy who is successful because hes at the right corner
And
The entrepreneur who saw bigger vision of vada pav
Jumboking is not even vadapav.. It's just frozen patty with pav..
Ive lived in mumbai for all my life but in all honesty I've never seen a jumboking joint or even heard of it until now 😂
and they call themselves as the biggest vadapav chain in mumbai..bruh. that guy is living under a rock
It's lifeline not just a sandwich to us
FOR REAL.
To COVID cases me ventilator ki jagah vada pav lagwa do
Being a Hyderabadi, I don't get to have a good vada pav. But I can assure you that you can never find a delicious Biryani anywhere except Hyderabad
so true. I came to hyd for mba interview and tried amazing places. Yes the price is 50% less and the taste is amazing but man the service is tooooooooooo bad in the city. But the food was just awesome. If they replace those workers with some people from Mumbai then it will be so great for the business and the people.
In fact, Vada Pavs are the most popular in the state of Maharashtra In India
Btw I live in the city of Pune in Maharashtra
